I needed to get a subscription cancelled and to get a refund. They took care of all of my concerns.
Segpay continuously shortchanges the amount of message credits that i paid for. I have pointed it out each time and asked for a credit of money back or restoration of missing message credits, but they do nothing.
They create a 'ticket' and message the same summary information each time, with the specific complaint never being addressed or resolved.

The response and action towards the issue is very fast. The colleague over phone is very nice. I am pretty happy with the service.
