Manhunt IN THE DISTANT PAST used to handle its own membership control. Then it decided to send everything to Segpay, a third-party billing system. They absolved themselves 100% from dealing IN ANY WAY AT ALL with membership status of their "customers" which resulted in confusion.

Super unprofessional supervisor Karoa. I was trying to understand why my account was suddenly cancelled. After escalating to Karoa, she was very rude and unprofessional,constantly cut me off, didn't let me finish my sentences and ultimately hung up on me when I was asking for purchase ID numbers so I could follow up. Thankfully Arvin was able to help me in a professional manner. Karoa needs to be replaced, she's definitely not here for customer service. I felt like I was interrupting her day rather than speaking with a supervisor.
