Webprice for a years PornPros is £70.08, or a little lower depending on conversion rates. SegPay want over £100 for it. However this is not a billing enquiry, SegPay don't set the rates, pushing me back to web, where I point out it says £70.08! They deflected me to the webmaster rather than solving it themselves. Finally they have now contacted the webmaster at my suggestion. Still not solved.
Lots of questions saying "what can we do", but don't like suggestions like "bill me at web price" and claims "not a billing question". What exactly is a situation where they are trying to charge nearly double webprice if not a billing question? Put pressure on me to contact webmaster, though surely that's their job which they've just done weeks later when directly suggested!
