I sent a $1.38 CAD payment to anal4k.com as a trial membership. I did not agree to continued payments. But anal4k.com attempted to take a $55 CAD payment out if my credit card without authorisation. My credit card blocked my account because they though it was a suspicious transaction. They were right. But my credit card gave me two options: block the anal4k.com payment and they send me a new card. Or accept the payment and keep using the present card. I told them I an outside the country and I can not stop using my credit card. I told them to accept the payment and I will take it directly with anak4k.com. I contacted you and denanded that you refund the unauthorized payment and no longer take any more money out of my CC account. Instead of doing that, you tried more requests of of money from my CC, which caused them to freeze my account again. Stop taking unauthorized payments out of my CC account.
Their customer service was mostly good: fast and efficient. I had just one issue but it doesn't seem to be a major problem right now.

I subscribe to Purityvr.com/. I cannot access. I have tried everything I was told to do and I still cannot access. The final instruction I received was to empty my cache and history. Then try again. That did not work. Then I tried different devices. That did not work. Now no one will help me with any additional methods to try to gain access. It has been a total waste of money to subscribe. Personally I think it has something to do with the age verification process. NO ONE CAN SEEM TO GET ME ACCESS TO A SITE I PAYED FOR.

I was told my customer service that pending charges the bank handles which is clearly not the case. All finalized charges the bank files a dispute. All pending charges the merchant can refund. I had fraud charges from seagpay and paymenttico. Paymenttico paid me back in 2 days seagpay said let your bank reverse the charges.
