I want to cancel a Internet-Site. The Service of Segpay was very quick, friendly and perfect.
I explained my issue and they understood and had an idea to solve my problem and I was able to get my payment refunded so that I could create a new account and I made a new account actually.

Hello. I am quite confused and frustrated... I wanted some help for solving the issue to not be blacklisted anymore since i gave segpay more good than bad experiences. I also had a polite and respectful talk with two supporters of segpay but they both said i first have to proof my identity but i said i cant proof it with a driver licence cause i don't have one and making a photo of my identity card is too much to ask for. There have to be different ways. And then i don't really hear anything from them anymore and after i wrote again they just say i have to proof it otherwise. - and no one tells me how long this will take and why they ask for such personal stuff. The last 4 digits of my bank account, my home adress should be already enough... greetings and thanks for your understanding

It's very annoying when one wants to pay the subscription and Segpay refuses all the cards. I have tried many credit and debit cards to pay my subscription to feetfinder, but every time it's unsuccessful. The customer survive told me that it's because of my bank, but I can assure you that is not true for I pay worldwide with my cards. The problem is with you!

I had weeks no acces to a site I paid for. I asked to have my subscription extended with the lost time. Then the ticket was closed without answer.
My experience was in a word, crap. I had my Mastercard declined by my bank because somewhere in the banking chain either Segpay or the retailer was non-compliant with 2-factor authentication. I raised a ticket which was closed as quickly as it was raised pointing me back to my bank. Lesson learned, Segpay don't give a damn about anti-fraud measures and in all fairness, a valid response would have been to acknowledge the issue and give a timescale for fixing it either with the retailer or within their system.
