Representatives refused to help and gave me the run around until they eventually told me they couldn't help. I'm still out my $80 that I shouldn't have been charged. Thanks a lot.

Please use our self-service option to locate the online subscriptions that you are trying to purchase at cs.segpay.com. I have noticed that you are attempting to pay for your membership with an unsupported MasterCard, in order to be successful try another payment option. I simply asked how to make payment to website... Several back and forth emails over days... They did not even respect the standard reply email "will get back to you within 48hrs". I had to chase them? Ridiculous
