I asked for a refund because i only wanted to try the free trial for one week but my subscription renewed after the week was over for a large amount for one month, and i was able to get my refund once i saw that happened. Thank you guys

I reached out to customer service because I keep trying to complete a payment online with a website that uses this platform and I kept getting declined on each card I used. When reaching out to my bank they said there was no issue on my account or the card. And the agent who answered my call on behalf of Segpay kept saying she reads the information that was on their system and said the bank was the one declining my transaction. So I was back and forth on this despite calling my bank twice. This agent from Segpay said she was escalating my issue with technical support but I never heard from anybody else about this problem

I didn't know that I was registered to their site until they credited me. I reach them immediately to escalates my concern to their support team. The support team response me as soon as possible they can and would not refund the payment but I asked and please them to process a refund cause I didn't know I was on this site. But later on the web support processed the refund

As already stated, I'm unable to make a payment to an international dating site called FeDate because there is not enough time between checking out the passcode and paying at the checkout. So I have to keep asking for a new passcode. I have already spoken to my bank about this and they were unable to help. As I'm a very old and loyal customer, I fail see why my payment was refused and I don't have any problems with purchasing other things on the internet with my debit card because passcodes are not necessary on the few sites I use such as eBay or Amazon.
