SEGPAY informed me that my cancellation had been accepted and that I no longer had access to the website to which I subscribed.
The fact is, however, that I never canceled this site and that the subscription continued (automatically?) but under a different number. Wny that? I don't know.
Customer service should have seen that.
The question of who canceled this subscription was not answered.
Only when I pointed out in my reply that it was still in effect was I given a long, drawn-out explanation that it was still in effect. That was nothing new.
