Nothing but problems with customer service. They dont answer questions. They just redirect the question to another agent and nobody gives an answer.
Then before my issue was fixed, they closed the ticket and sent me a customer review survey.
My experience wasn't bad, but I think that the answers should be faster, as long the refund service should be more interactive and easy for the consumer

I have mailed segpay several times regarding my issue. I wanted to make sure that I cancel the subscription, because I tried to cancel it 2 times and still have been billed. And I'm sure about the source of the bill. I mailed SegPay and said that I'm 100% sure that they are the one billing me, as I didn't have any other subscriptions to the card. However, every time I received a response which seems to be from bot, and they never answered my questions, repeating the same answer which didn't provide any information.
I'm completely disappointed and very angry and now I'm suspecting that I've just been stolen from. I won't stop mailing them and hope that one day my subscription will be cancelled.
