I requested and was told that i was gonna be issued a refund. But it never was refunded. Waited more than the time they said to expect the refund and contacted them again. Still they say that they have refunded. Asked me to check with the bank and they said no refunds has been initiated as well. Told you guys agajn and again only to hear the same thing. Absolutely disappointing.

Bad. I was told Segpay wasn't the biller that I was supposed to talk to. I had been canceled the sub before the payment due date. But it was canceled after the payment due date. Ricky's room need find a better bill payer

I immediately sent an email stating the following on the 30/12...
"Hi there,
Please reverse this charge. I am not interested in this site. I DID NOT agree to this charge. When I saw the hidden pre-ticked box I tried to stop the transaction from going through but obviously failed in my attempt. Please do not charge this card with any other transactions or I will contact the fraud department and get the charges reversed.
Please also reverse the charges for the following on the same card."
This clearly states that any and all memberships needed to be cancelled and I attached copies of all three in the email. Only one of them was cancelled and I have since been charged for two memberships. Please refund these charges immediately or I will be contacting the fraud department of our bank to get them reversed.

In order to cancel, you have to reach out via email. Not usually an issue, but there should be an option in the site, as is on many others, to cancel without need to contact support.
I was able to cancel and get a refund for a membership in minutes it took a while for the refund to show up in my bank account but overall a good experience
After it called and they made a service ticket. 20 minutes later the login option came up
