Mine is from Nicaragua in central America. And Nicaragua doesn't appear in the country list.

Honoring your request to take advantage of the January Blowout Sale was only possible if you signed up for it at the time of the offer. I understand that you wanted the remaining time on the current membership to credit towards the new one, but it was purchased in March of 2022. Your inquiry on January 27,2023, did not account for a response from the webmaster to grant this request. Only the webmaster can approve this and almost a year into the current subscription, I would have advised you to sign-up for the offer you wanted and attempted to receive credit for the unused portion. I hope this helps with any future purchases that you may make.

The fact that international fee got applied tells me that you guys receive the payment but declined to tell me that it went through so therefore you guys are saying it didn't go through but I'm missing $169. This is far from over and we're looking into this more with my bank and you guys next week.

Hundreds of dollars in charges were put on my PayPal which I did not authorize and all I got was an email from the merchant saying I was responsible. Completely unacceptable. What a waste of time.
