The entire company is incompetent and the service is awful- they could care less about your time or concerns. They ruined my daughters b-day gift. I spent over $300 for a gift online and it was suppose to deliver to the store 3 days later. After spending 7 hours on the phone and calling and emailing any person, I could for 3 weeks, I get an email that the item is out of stock. They took my money a month earlier and no one could give me an answer on where it was. I then get a refund and give them a 2nd shot to order a different product- I spent another 2 hours on the phone for this simple process to take place. I had to go back to work and was told I am good to go and will receive an email confirmation. I got out of work and low and behold- no email so I call back. The order does not exist and was never placed. They could not connect me to the people I spoke to for 2 hours earlier in the day. Every person you get on the phone is Indian, hard to understand and god awful with service. Their supervisors are a joke and it takes 30 minutes of waiting to get one on the phone. After waiting a month, spending over 8 hours on the phone, I am done with Sears. They will NEVER EVER see a penny of mine spent in their store. The low price is not worst the hassle to get your product.
Just want to thank Sears.com for an amazing service... NOT! Ordered a printer 3 weeks ago and it did not arrive after 1 week!... Spoke to online support who kept asking me to wait 24-72 hours and they assured me the issue would have been resolved and I would receive my printer... this never happened. After 3 weeks of dealing with there sales chat service I was sent an email saying thanks for your return... you will be refunded in 5-7 business days. Great! I could've done that 3 weeks ago! Just proves that they let any third party seller on their site that cannot fulfill orders. This was my first(and LAST) purchase through Sears.com... I even paid a little extra as I thought I would get a great customer service through Sears but this wasn't the case... Yes, they answered my Chat but they did not and have still not provided me with answers or even an apology for this inconvenience. Just a warning to those first time buyers on Sears.com... Find it someplace else! Cheers!
I purchased a hot water heater with installation & hall away from Sears and they said that someone should be contacting/calling me within 24 hours to schedule the installation. No phone call. So I decide to call the number listed on my receipt of purchase and I'm on a call with someone who can not tell me anything except that they do not have any other their 3rd party installers to accept the job of installation for the area.
If your 3rd party installers don't want the jobs within the area, then don't offer installations for the area so customers can make a different decision.
The manager of the installation department now says that the installer did not accept the installation because SEARS under charged the permit amount by $3. REALLY? $3? They had to cancel the order and my money($1,125) that was charged to my credit card wont be available for 7 or more business days. Today is Friday. So I'm lookin at, at least 2 weeks before my funds are returned to me to purchase a new hot water heater. Which means I have to go another 2 weeks w/o HOT WATER!

Impossible to put roman chair together the iron bar was bent so it would not fit into the other piece. Sears and 3rd party vendor has totally ignored my efforts to get the item shipped back and get a refund. Don't shop Sears online I am out $59 plus countless hours online and on phone trying to get refund. What a scam
I ordered a few items from Sears.com and I am very happy with the experience and the purchase. My order came on the date that they said it would, I got free shipping since my order was over $25, and I was happy with how my items were packed (i. E., in one box, there were two items, one was a box of 100 garbage bags and the other was laundry detergent, and they put the laundry detergent into a bubble bag so that it would not leak onto the rest of my order). I had received shipments from other companies where it looked like someone had thrown the items into the box and then slapped tape on it. Sears packed my box with meticulous care and I was impressed. I also had to call the 800 number about this order and the representative was very friendly and helpful. I will shop at Sears.com again!
Sears has some of the worst customer services. Call and cancel service appointment at the end of the appointment window waste the whole day waiting for nothing. This is the fourth time this has happened within 4 months. Stay away from their customer service
Quality merchandise. There isn't a local Sears store in our small town. So, shopping online is great. I know I can trust their quality.
I love collection clothes women and men. Always got me good clothes decent quality and best new design. Always shopping here. Online and good delivery giving me. I like they have such nice delivery. So many options and discount gving.
No wonder Sears are closing their stores. They have no business to be in BUSINESS. I ordered two appliance parts and waited 2 months and then decided to cancel due to lack of waiting. Then I ordered another appliance part on October 31,2017 and have been waiting once again 2 months for delivery. And guess what, they canceled the ORDER without my knowledge. Now that is what I call irresponsible and negligence service.
Please HEAR my message, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SEARS PARTS DEPARTMENT. You will be in for a horrible experience.

I never was disapointed at Sears, I found some of the best deals for clothing at that store. We usually get great service and everything is quite smooth.
This yr my Dad passed and my mom called to inform them of this mind you my Dad had his Sears card since I believe 1968 anyway moms calls the guy on other end says ok your card is canceled excuse me just because it never carry a balance let's just cancel then as my mom tried to explain that she just wanted his card canceled because she has one as well the guy says ok all done and hangs up. Now my mom's upset which understood so I get on phone to find that Sears credit cards are through citi bank bad from the word go. I give the operator all my dad's info the guy says that acct guess he's the one closed it I proceeded to tell him that he closed my mom's card acct as well he told that she had to reapply. I asked why was told that two Accts in same household wasn't allowed I call B. S so ask for supervisor he says he's out to lunch this was at 3pm. I say what have him call me. 4 days later I call back mind you I have full power of Attorney for estate supervisor tells me he can't talk to me regarding acct even after he's informed as to I was. As is it goes along he finely tells me that after the 45 mins plus I waited for him and the half hour or so getting him to understand what was happening. He tells that he can't do anything regarding my mom's card because it's been to long after 72 hrs it's irreversible now mad tell him had he called me back in reasonable time it could be fixed. I guarantee if money was owed they would hound her relentlessly. The next statement from him is tell her reapply good by and he hangs. I will never buy another item from Sears I've even canceled both Citibank and Sears card.
Sears was a catalog company which then decided to have brick and mortar stores. They could have been Amazon but were behind the times run by people stuck in their ways. Now most of the stores are shutting down.
I put a quote on layaway in store, I went to make my final payment but the employees could not find my item. I was then given a gift card for a refund and an associate reordered the item in the store for me. A week and a half later that item did not come, I called customer service and they said it was out of stock.
I really love Sears! They are a great and reliable brand. I feel like they always want to make sure we are happy with our product and they have a great guarantee as well. You can always return stuff if you aren't happy with it, no hassles whatsoever! That's a great brand

Answer: Find out what Baston Shoes is and how they work with Sears. I would also file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency, the BBB and all of the review sites on the internet. You'd be surprised how fast companies respond to BBB complaints.
Answer: My best recommendation would be to contact the corporate offices and work your way up the chain until you get someone in charge and let them know that taking your money without having the item 'in stock' and available to ship as soon as it is paid for is a violation of the Consumer Protection Act. If they still don't send it, I would file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency, the BBB and all of the review sites on the internet.
