I didn't receive the item till 3 to 4 weeks after it said it had been Shipped. When I contacted customer service to her three times nobody could give me a straight answer they just kept telling me it's on the way but the tracking was showing never shipped
Excellent fabric. Fit is okay, but not perfect. But, for the price, you can't beat it. Customer Service has gotten better since my first order.

So far so good. Communications are good and timely. I'll update when I receive the itm. Item arrived,timely and as advertised. I installed it without assistance. Cover was bulky and heavy enough to feel confident it will last for a long time. The fit was snug enough yet allowed full coverage of the outboard motor, which was an unexpected bonus. Tie downs were adequate and long enough to give options on how you wanted to arrange your tiedowns. I towed the unit with the cover attached for 8 miles at speeds to 55 mph to a storage site below the snow line with absolutely no problem. All this on a 20DLX Suntracker fishing barge
