The cover fit my Honda Aquatrax, but after the first rain there was water in the foot wells. I contacted Sealskins and they instructed me to send it back and they would send me a replacement because that one must have been defective. Personally, I think it was leaking due to the zippers and not because they were defective. It took nearly two weeks for my package to get back to them via their provided return label. After finally receiving notification that they received the return, I contacted their CS department and told them I didn't want a replacement and just wanted my money back for the defective item. They refunded my money, but less 20% for a restocking fee. They said all returns are subject to a restocking fee, whether they're defective or not. I would just say buyer beware, once you buy a cover, you are going to be charged a restocking fee, even if you return it because it leaks!
I DID not receive the original order despite it stating that it arrived on the 3rd. I was not offered a refund and I had to order a second cover - which did arrive. I actually thought that I had ordered the second cover from somewhere else because I refuse to do business with sealskin because of the first incident but apparently the seller I used, uses sealskincovers.
The person on the chat helped me find the exact cover.
Easy peasey
The cover was received and fits my 2020 Mazda CX-30 perfectly. The only problem was one of the gourmets were missing. I requested that one be sent so I could install it and be able to fix it. It took over a month and several phone calls the get the gourmet. The problem was that no one could find out anything about the sending them until the last person I talked to. She took care of the it and received the part in a week after talking to her. The cover is a perfect fit and works well. It is the only cover on the market that fits this car all others are too big and loose or to small.
