It's been a month and I can't get any response back from them about shipping except a prepared statement not specific to my order. They sent a tracking number but it's invalid. Followed up but no response.
Returned All items as they too small. Have not heard back from them.
The representative on the chat line was confident he had the cover to fit my model of boat, but was unable to give me the dimensions of the cover. We shall see.
This product came on time and fit correctly but faded badly within 6 months and this was through thw winter time in Vancouver BC where we get more rain then sun. Then I take it on on a road trip which the company specs say is trailable the cover shredded within 50 miles. This cover claims a 5 year warranty except they want a $100 just to ship a new one back and it was going to cost $50 to ship the old one back. What a waste of money. I will never purchase one of their products again I advise people not to purchase these products.

First sight that listed my boats size and type and had a cover to fit.
The process took many weeks longer than stated at time of order. Waited over a month for the cover to arrive and then it was the wrong one. A few weeks more and we did receive a cover that would fit our pontoon boat. Talking to a real person was difficult and filling out problem tickets and waiting for automated responce was frustrating.
Long delay in getting replacement cover, but staff is always friendly. Finally got cover after multiple phone calls. It is very nice.
