I purchased 2 seal skin car covers and neither one fit and split at the seams very easy. The product is basically garbage and not worth your time and money run from this company.and there guarantee and refund policy is a joke
For someone to say they have the best fitting covers they really suck. The first cover I received for my 79 Corvette was so big it would wrap the entire car. After arguing with them they offered me an exchange.
That was fine everyone makes mistakes the second one maybe would fit a Mazda Miata it wouldn't even cover the top of my car. After I was promised a top that would fit my car so when it arrived I should have tried it right away but it was after the fine print 30 day return period. Even though it hadn't been out of the package it came in more than 30 minutes there were no returns. Their customer service department lies just so they don't have to deal with you. Please look at the other people reviews and do not support a company that can't get it done.

2019 Mustang GT cover does not fit! Rain puddles because it's so baggy. Says custom fit! BS.! Waterproof BS! 5 layers BS! I have to leave work and go home to put it back over my car if there is 2 mph wind. It would have blown away if it wasn't for the cable. Looks like my car is flying a kite.
Ordered a cover for my bass boat and the motor. The boat cover fit somewhat( can't complain since it's not a exact cover) but motor cover was way to small. I didn't get in town to put it on the boat to try it till I had it almost 5 weeks due to work. I contacted them and they offered no help even though I explained the situation. Needless to say customer satisfaction is normally number one and I try very hard being a business owner but seal skin could care less. Let's say I'll never order again and wish I'd put it on a cc instead to dispute charges. Take your business elsewhere

Purchased a car cover for my 1966 Pontiac Catalina, the cover doesn't fit the car at all! Too short to begin with, probably send a boat cover by mistake. I had the cover over 30 days so they won't take responsibility over the error and exchange the cover even after I offered to pay the shipping.
I received a seal skin car cover for Christmas and was so excited to get it to get my vehicle covered and out of the elements. Shortly after getting it... it snowed. When the snow began to melt there were 5 areas on the seal skin car cover that allowed the water to go through. Unfortunately, the temperature dropped quickly and froze the water and seal skin car cover to the car. I contacted seal skin by email and phone. I was advised by someone clearly from overseas named "John" that it was going to be taken care. I called a total of 6 times and emailed 10. No responses other than, "I was dealing with a family emergency" That cover one call, how about the rest. As result, I made a Better Business Bureau complaint. Surprisingly enough I got notification from the Better Business Bureau that they were contacted by seal skin stating that they had honored the warranty and that it was all taken care of. Of course this was not the case. Nothing had been done. As a result I refiled with the Better Business Bureau after advising seal skin lied about addressing the issue at any level. Buyer beware. If you get a cover from them that is in good shape and your a lucky one. However, if you're not a lucky one, and you get 1 that's defective be advised they will not go out of their way to make it right

My cover ripped wide open after one hour of use! A complete waste of money you will never get back! Seal skin covers will make sure of that. When asked to speak with a manager, the level one associate assures you, that won t be an option.no matter how good they make their so called "Warranty" sound, They will not issue Refunds for any reason what so ever. Customer service is virtually non existent. Next step for us will be talking with the attorney general along with the better business bureau.
This really is a terrible company. I bought two separate covers at once. Both did not fit. Then took two months to get née ones. One still did not fit and another month.
Then they BOTH leaked in the very first mild rain. One hour rain! Took two months to get them replaced. They leaked again and said they will not honor the warranty since they replaced them ones already. Wow... worst customer service ever!
I orders my son a cover for Christmas was told it was in stock and would arrive well before Christmas. It took them 11 days to get it shipped. When I called they said they would overnight it so i would have it before Christmas. That was a lie. Next day I called back just to have them laugh at me then hang up on me. I received it well after Christmas and had to have it shipped to my sons house. Buyer's beware.
1 is actually too high. I drove 4 hours to cover a vehicle for a family member with a new cover I purchased several months ago. If a cover doesn't fit well it will blow off or tear due to hurricane and storm winds in FL. It was missing 1 grommet out of the 4 so there was no easy way to tie the front to rear ends down. Significantly oversized in length, missing cable, lock would not lock.
10 minute job became an hour and will be a lot of work to remove. I had to crawl under the car. Have to buy a working decent lock. The lock that came with the one cable, which was significantly too long for the width yet too short for the length, looks like a "toy" lock used on small luggage and will not lock. There was no grommet in the rear attachment point and no cable or lock for front to back. They are obviously using a "one size fits many" view to save $, even thought the price did not reflect this. Had to wind up the excess and tie it with rope front to rear.
It appears to be designed for use in a garage where wind, excess material and missing accessories won't matter, or possibly they are targeting customers who like to waste money.
I paid approx. 400 dollars for a cover that was way way to short to even cover my boat. I order to return the cover you have to fill it out online which was easy to do but it took over a month to get the next cover which was way way to big for my boat and the quality is not much better than a tarp from homedepot. I have tried dealing with there customer service and the just hang up on you over and over. This went on for days until I actually got a hold of someone and I spoke to the individual for a minute is so and then he just hung up on me. Pretty much iam going to take a 400 dollar loss and move on to a real company. Don't make the mistake I did and use this company. They are scammers selling cheap hunt made in China.
Company sent me the wrong boat cover. Contacted them multiple times through Zendesk who promised to send shipping label to get the return/exchange process started. Emails have since stopped and no reply or shipping label from the company. Contacted customer service twice and emailed three times and no resolve. Just want to get my cover exchanged for the right size cover, but the customer service for this company has apparently vanished. Not a good way to earn repeat business. Please just respond.
I feel that this company is questionable at best. I ordered a cover for my 1972 Boston Whaler Montauck with bow and side rails. They said it was a match. What they sent me was a generic cover that covered the boat, but definitely not a custom fit. The first time I put it on, one of the buckles on the cover ripped completely off the cover. I contacted them for a warranty claim, they approved the warranty, but wanted to charge me $39 to process the warranty. After some back and forth, they did back off of the processing fee. I got the return label and returned the cover. After I tracked the package, I contacted them through their chat two weeks after they received it. I got an email with a tracking number, also stating that do to Covid they were running behind. I constantly tracked the package for two weeks and it never left the company. I reached out again using the chat and got this email response:

How could they issue a shipping label for something they didn't have. I was willing to take the GRAY cover that they offered because the original blue one that I had was fading to gray in the Florida sun anyway. In my opinion, be real careful dealing with these folks.
Bought a cover for my boat using the link provided by their online chat representative. When I tried to put it on my boat, it wasn't even close to fitting. Unfortunately, I was outside the 30 day refund window, so when I complained they said it was my problem. Over the course of multiple emails, they explained that their covers aren't custom fit; rather, they are "semi-fit." (Gotta check out the pics! First is the port side looking aft. 2nd is the starboard side looking forward. Cover doesn't even touch the gunwales! How's that for "semi-fit"?!) After I showed them a pic of their cover and how poorly it "semi-fit," they said, via email, they'd exchange it under their warranty program. I shipped the original back to them using a pre-paid label they provided. They received the original cover on December 14,2020. I also paid an additional $25.99 to have a new cover shipped to me. It's now more than a month later and I haven't heard a peep from them despite multiple attempts to resolve this. They have the original cover and the money I paid for it. They have the additional fee I paid for shipping a new cover. And I have nothing. Do yourself a favor and buy a custom fit cover from a respectable company.
I purchased a boat cover from Seal Skin by entering the information from my specific boat. It took a while to be delivered but was in great condition. Upon putting it on the boat, it was about 30" too long to fit properly and didn't have any cut away to make room for an outboard motor setup. After multiple emails I was sent a return sticker for a replacement. After mailing the cover back, I waited weeks and sent multiple emails asking about the replacement. Eventually I was able to contact them by phone and was told the replacement had been misplaced and would be sent out right away. Weeks later the replacement arrived. Now that it was November we had 6" of snow so had to wait a couple weeks to put it on. The replacement turned out to be 18" too long and still had no adjustment for outboard motors. I sent an email with pictures explaining the issue and was told there was nothing they could do. I then requested that Seal Skin refund my money and was subsequently told that the sale was final because it was beyond 30 days since the original order. I appealed this due to them taking multiple weeks to send out the replacement and was denied. Seal Skin says the covers can be inches to a foot too short or too long. Mine was multiple feet too long. Although they claim you will have a tight fit, you won't. In an area where you have rain or snow, this is not the cover for you.
