Brought one of these from my 69 Olds 98 it started to rip the first day I had in a light wind no exaggeration contacted the company they couldn't have cared less ended up giving me back $17 I would not buy one of these car covers again they're okay for inside a garage maybe in Florida but outside in the Northeast they just are not strong enough not even close
I purchased 2 car covers from Sealskin. When they arrived, we were unable to tell which cover went with which vehicle. We chatted with them and were advised to open the plastic to get the item # from the seam. We decided that the covers were to heavy and bulky for us.
I then called customer service. After holding for 15 minutes, I was cut off. I called back and a gentleman answered informing name that there is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. I checked the website and it does say this in fine print. However, the covers were received less than 24 hrs ago and the plastic bag was only removed because we were directed by them to do so. There website advertises easy returns, but in the fine print they jam you with a 20% fee. In addition, the customer service person was sarcastic and nasty. I can't tell you about the product, but be sure it is what you want before you order from them!
This cover sounded too good to be true. Basically the cover was to small. It was purchased for a Christmas gift and when the car was brought out of storage 5 months after the purchase was when we found out it was too small. Seal Skin was contacted and I was told there was nothing they could do because it was past the 30 day months back guarantee. There advertising states Guaranteed Fit!
Horrid service. They shipped me the wrong cover. Service is through email and you wait 48 hours per response. It took 2 weeks and 7 emails to get the right cover. What a joke!
Went through two covers with these jerks, neither were even close to fitting despite being advertised as such. When I got fed up and asked for a refund, they ghosted me and tried to run away with my money. Luckily I was able to dispute the charge through PayPal and get my money back. AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS AT ALL COSTS.
On their web site they advertise to be "SNUG FIT", "FORGET FLAPPING", "PERFECTLY FIT YOUR BOAT TYPE OR MODEL", "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE", After I purchased one, and it was over a foot too long, they are now telling me they are "SEMI CUSTOM COVERS" and "COVERS CAN GENERALLY RUN INCHES TO A FOOT TOO SHORT OR TOO LONG, So which is it, a perfect fit or run inches to a foot too short or long? Also there are not enought tie down straps for the cover to be "TRAILERABLE" Cover flaps a lot while being towed. They say "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE", but they kept 20% of that as a restocking fee, so you don't really get a "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE"! Beware of this company!

STOP this company is terrible I purchased one of these tops for my boat a year and a half ago took one trip from Wisconsin to lake Erie the cheap clips that come with it broke witch left it flapping in the wind and needless to say ripped the top I called them for a replacement and was told it would cost 35 dollars to replace it I asked if it had to be returned and was told by two different employees that no all i needed to do is pay the 35 dollars and it would be shipped in two days so I did two days later I got a email with a shipping label to return the ripped one witch I throw out because I was told I didn't need to do that and of course now they wont replace it without the ripped one what a crappy company buyer beware I hope this help at least one of you before they take my commit down

They sent me a cover that didn't fit. It was mislabeled and had two backs but no front. I sent it back and wanted the right cover. They never sent one back or refunded my money. They will not return my calls or messages
My cover was too small. I told them the length of my item. No response after returning the one I received, no refund either. PayPal is researching.
Car cover doesn't fit... 2014 charger, ordered as directed. We ordered the right car cover and this was what they sent us. Leaks, dry rot, company will not stand behind their product. Customer service is condescending and seems like I'm bothering the asking for a replacement. I would say to potential buyers read the negative review so you know what happens if you need to replace the cheaply made overpriced product. 10 year warranty that the seriously do not stand behind.
Bought a cover 2 weeks ago for Jeep, put it on, good fit. Next morning, went outside to remove and the grommets that are the most essential part to hold the cover have ripped out of the material. Spent 2 weeks emailing because they won't return calls, only to be consistently told I have to pay to have it replaced.
As I said, garbage cover, garbage company, save your money and buy a cover elsewhere.
If you live in Canada And they send u the cover they say fits and it doesn't no exchange for Canadians. They consider canada as overseas and will not exchange or warrenty anything they guaranteed me on ph thst there cover woukd fit my 2007 electra glide classic full dress with the trunk on this is what they sent me in the pik and it's not even close
Update 2022/03/23: We attempted to connect with the company using their online chat. This proved to be more successful than the emails. They said that USPS never picked up the order and apologized. They have since refunded our money. I've amended the review accordingly.
I placed an order on November 16th 2021. My money was collected and within two days I got an email saying "your order is on the way", including a tracking number. On looking at the tracking number for USPS it said: "Shipping label created, USPS awaiting item". It has been saying that ever since and as of March 23,4 months later I have no further information about this product. After about 3 months of waiting, I asked support for an update, I got an apology saying that due to Covid my order might be delayed by up to a week - probably an automated response? - to which I responded pointing out that it had been 3 months. No response to that but on March 17th when I asked to cancel my order, I got a response on March 23rd apologizing that I had not received my tracking number yet (that is the only thing I've ever got from this company) and that they were following up with their warehouse. I've asked again to cancel my order and I've now ordered the cover from CarCovers.com who have already shipped my package which I can track via UPS as being on the way.
The fitment was so loose a gust of wind would come and blow it off. Didn't cover the whole car and not water proof.

The online description sounded good, and it was inexpensive. Turned out to be a one size fits all cover of mediocre quality. Instructions said to install front to back, but there are no markings to indicate (as have others I've bought), so you have to guess. But, it seems like it fits the same either way, since it fits so poorly. Shame on me for buying cheap, and shame of them for such a poor quality top. I would return, except for their 20 percent restocking fee if you do so. Never again!

The cover never fit right from day 1. There had to be a hole placed in the cover BY ME so that the antenna could be accommodated. They had a small "patch" included supposedly to keep the hole from ripping open. Didn't work.
After being on the car for about 3-4 months the cover allowed moisture to build up and soak areas of the cover, which PERMANENTLY faded the perfect paint directly underneath the leaks.
I have tried numerous times to get the company to reply to my request for help. They ignore past customers so they can continue to prey on new ones. I should have known not to trust a cover made in China. Lesson learned. I am happy to provide photos if anyone wants to see the evidence.
