You sent me the wrong size car cover, causing great inconvenience and I didn't have the car cover for the rain storms that just hit us. This is really bad. You should just send me a free one that actually fit in my car.

I didn't realize the cover was made to cover a single outboard motor. I have dual outboards on my boat and the single outboard cover doesn't allow me to properly secure the stern portion of the cover. Rain pools up on the cover as I can't tent it due to having two motors. Other than this I am pleased with the covers ability to shed water.
My sealskin was everything I needed. I'm going to purchase another one for my other car.
This company is horrible.
First off, I ordered 2 and they charged me for 4. After a month of messaging them they reversed one of the 4 covers. When we spoke with them they knew it got double charged and said they would reverse the two covers even. Keep in mind, this is before I had even received any covers period from the order. I final got the order after about 6 weeks and when I opened up the order, there was only 1 cover in the bag. I have now been chasing them for months for the refund of the one cover from the double order that was their mistake and now the cover that never showed up with original two I ordered. Both of these mistakes were their error and they agreed with us to refund and ship properly. The refund has never shown up for the one and the second in the order has never been delivered, although every time we contact them we get a I'm sorry and we are refunding and sending it now. After every phone call we get an apology and a tracking number and it never shows up. This company will steal your money and then laugh at you while dragging you along waiting for the product that never shows up. The one cover we did receive was okay, not the best of quality and definitely not worth over a 1000.00 dollars considering the 3 covers we have paid for to date. I have put in a call for Visa to investigate it, awaiting their response. All we wanted was the other cover delivered or refunded and the return of the accidental charge to the credit card.
I like the cover it's made well, but I felt it could have been longer. I had to tug it on each side, front and back to get it to cover the car. I got the correct size for my car but it just didn't cover edge to edge. I have an ES 350 F Sport. Also the lock on the cable was not ready to work. I knew I was going to have trouble with it and i did. I couldn't get it open so I had to pull the cover off the back of the car, laid out on the ground and backed the car over the cover.

We received our first cover, very quickly, we had a small window of time to get the boat ready for winter.
This cover did not fit, the arch opening was about 4 feet from the correct position, we contacted customer service and sent it back, received our second one.
In that time winter had set in, with feet of snow, we still have not been able to try the second cover we hope it fits
The people we dealt with were friendly and helpful, but we have no idea if the cover works or not
First fit way to large all sides laid on floor, second cover to short, they are making me take pictures and give the size it should be. That's their job.
Just give me a refund and go away.
The first cover I ordered was not the correct size, the second was questionable, still don't think it's the correct one, but I'm not trying again. Bought the cheaper one, got what I paid for I guess. I gave a 2 rating because the return process was good, otherwise I would have given a 1 rating.
I purchased a car cover March 23 2022 which was destroyed by hurricane Ian I reordered and received a replacement for which I paid for I corresponded with a Gentleman by the name of Kyle who confirmed it was a warrantable loss However when I requested a credit as I had already paid for the replacement they refused This makes me question their integrity and published customer service I would not recommended this company nor shall I make any further purchases from them

Attempted to return an unused, unopened cover for very unusual circumstances. It was only 25 days after return date. Their response: NO! If I bought it on Amazon, there would've been no problem making the return.

I order the Seal Skin Supreme Car Cover for my Audi S7 which was to have embedded straps. After covering the vehicle, I noticed it did not have straps. After inquiring, Seal Skin stated that they were out of straps and would send at a later date. I asked why they did not mention and/or explain. Besides the cover not fitting snug as promoted, it did not stay in place. I later inquired if this was the correct cover with no response. After a few emails they offered to discount the cover. I have returned for full refund.
Fit cars nicely, love the soft lining. Would purchase again.

Bought a Seal cover for my 1977 Sea Ray 22 ft with a hard top. Gave the order taker the size, and model number. Told me they had the right sized cover to fit. When it came time to put the boat up for storage, the cover was way too big. It was 10 ft too long and 10 ft too wide. And of course their return policy prohibits you from returning it for the proper size. Since then we had snow and their cheap cover tore.
If your looking for a good boat cover, this company sucks. Do Not do business with this company
