The supreme cover for Tesla Model Y is pretty good and is certainly waterproof. It protects the car well. However, the cover you sent me does not have the straps on the front and back. During heavy winds, the front and back can be blown off the car and the cover is only held on by the cable lock. The front and back then is vulnerable to the wind and rain. I thought that the cover is supposed to come with straps.
Seal Skin Boat covers's warranty is NOT ten years (especially if it fails twice within the ten years. They say "Lifetime warranty - Our covers are guaranteed to be free from defect in materials or workmanship" it's guaranteed but what they don't place on their front webpage is that they will replace it ONLY ONCE for a defect - but my new boat covers have failed 2 times within 3 years and one time in under 2 years (Feb 2021-Jan 2023) after being replaced and they stated in an email... " Seal Skin Covers warrants that it will repair or replace, ONCE, any product which under normal conditions or use and service..." So, their webpage says ten year or lifetime warranty, but if it fails 2 times, they mean to say, "Tough, figure it out on your own?"
After installing the cover it would not go completely ove the last corner.
GOT THE COVER FAST BUT IT IS NOT A CLOSE FIT AND HANGS. GLAD THE CAR IS IN GARAGE. HUSBAND PICKED COVER NOTED FOR CAR SO NOT SURE WHAT ISSUES IS.
Customer service was amazing and shipping was easy and quick considering it was delayed due to a snow storm. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it doesnt fit exactly how it should and doesnt have the adjusting strap like I ordered. But it does its job and that's all I ask for.
Very satisfied with my cover, fit well, and is currently protecting my truck as we speak from the snow hope it continues to protect for many years to come

I ordered a seal cover for my classic car it didn't fit was a little short in length I then contacted customer service they had me send some pic's they sent me a label to return the cover couple weeks after I sent the cover to them I received my new cover this one fit perfect. Great job

The first cover I bought for my boat at Seal Skins was a PERFECT fit. Built with quality and made for my boat. So after a few hurricanes and a lot of Florida sun, I needed to replace it. Biggest mistake I'll NEVER make again. I reordered the EXACT SAME COVER based on the previous order. It came in and didn't even come close to matching my boat. So I sent it back and they requested I give them dimensions on what it needed. I did so and STILL DID NOT GET ANYWHERE NEAR a good fit! I have no idea what has happened at Seal Skins, but you've clearly lost your entire quality department or just have a bunch of buffoons running the company now. NEVER AGAIN will you receive an order from me!
Bought my car cover before my classic car was finished. So I had it for over 30 days in a box. Turns out it doesn't fit. They would not replace it. I have pictures. They don't care. Cheap product
The cover is great, except for having to put my own hole for the antenna. That hole is now pretty big since there isn't a gromet. The cover is actually too long for my truck, but it works. It's also pretty heavy when covered with 12" of snow. Wrapping it up when it's wet makes it really heavy.
Overall though, it's what I need.
It was a great experience to order from this company once we got past out of stocks.
It would be nice if it had an edge that wraps around the bottom so it doesn't fly off as easily... like most do.
The worst customer service ever ever! I would like to talk to a supervisor and ask him why they can't tell the dimensions of a car if you can Google every size car made. You just send whatever size cover is available and then you want us to return it and you keep our 18% of our money that's totally fraud. I want a full refund I want a full refund
The length of the cover fits tight but the top of it is really loose and the wind gets under it and takes it right off even with the under wire connected. It's a good quality material though.
I have order a cover for a Mini Cooper convertible 2014. The one a have receive the size is not perfect... it is 1 feet short to fit exacly bumper to bumper
Easy to order and fits pretty well. It is a 1950 DeSoto and seldom do covers fit well. We have had heavy rain and this has protected the car well.
