The options are affordable and easy to navigate the website. I was able to connect with an agent to fix an error very quickly. Very good service.
Once you subscribe to their product you cannot unsubscribe. The cancellation process takes months so they get to charge you for as much as they want before they stop your subscription.

I originally had a subscription that was never delivered to me for 2 months. They didn't respond to my emails (only way to contact), and so I emailed them again to let them know I would be cancelling and disputing through my CC company and they sent me the instructions to cancel. I also ordered sample sized scents and my order duplicated somehow. I have sent them 5 separate emails and have disputed through PayPal now. These people are crooks and impossible to contact. I Guess this is how they make their money. Lesson learned.

Man, this sucks. I wished they were more transparent and honest. That is shady, similar to any other platform that makes you jump through hoops to cancel. I'm sure more would be open to trying, and possibly even commiting to long-term use had they just produced a simple and user-friendly interface. Shame. I really wanted to try it, but after seeing how difficult it is to cancel, I will not be trying it. I can't leave a 1-Star without having tried it myself, however dishonest practices should begin low until remediated.

Awesome way to save money but still get quality colognes and perfumes. I didn't want to spend tons of money on a retail bottle of cologne and be stuck with it if I didn't like it. Scentbird allows me to try colognes and if I like them I can order a 30-day supply for the next month. Overall highly recommend it!

Received my 2nd scent really disappointed!
When I opened the tube shattered glass fell out and not realizing such thin glass I slightly cut myself on the jagged edge protruding out with the spritz attached. By no means end of the world BUT when I sent issue & cut hoping to prevent a worse cut by someone else. Received ZERO response to other than SCENT FAIRY asking to confirm scent I needed replaced and it would be re ordered and should receive in 7 to 10 business days. My opinion should be overnighted and advise soul look into packaging. (Packaging was not crushed or beat up by mail)

These rare damages or leakages happen during the transportation of our fragile vials, though we do our best to avoid them. Placed my first order for a sample sized fragrance and noticed I was billed twice, once for the agreed amount ($8.50) and then again for $10. Turns out there is a teeny tiny black $10 in the corner of the screen for "premium" fragrances. It was not included in my total and was billed separately on my credit card. I contacted them to find out why the double charge and was ignored until I raised the complaint with my card company. Shady!

This company is a lifesaver for anyone who gets overwhelmed easy. I've always been interested in finding a perfume to keep always, but they always have so many in malls and stores. My senses start getting mixed up and smells start combining and it gets to me. With this company I can try the scents that I want in my home and I don't have to buy the full size anymore. It's so so helpful. And you get more than enough for the cost. It's so so worth it.

Decided to try this due to a review from a YouTuber, and my first scent was okay, but I found the case poorly made and annoying to use, and the value overall did not seem worth it to me. Paying about $18 (or more for "premium") for a perfume I might not even like and can't return is not something I can justify, I'd rather go into a store and actually smell the stuff before buying, even if I end up spending more - at least I can be sure I like it.
However, the main reason I am leaving this negative review is their cancellation process. It is not easy to find on the website - there is no cancellation option when you look at your subscription, only various ways to pause or upgrade. When I did finally locate the "How to cancel" article in the "help" section, I had to fill out a repetitive form to submit my request. Then, I received a long and confusing email response that contained a "link" to cancel, which took me back to the subscription page which - as mentioned before - does NOT have a cancellation option anywhere. Then, I replied to the email as prompted, and now it is taking a long time to hear back... Just hoping they get to it before next week when I get charged again.
Disappointing to see a company recommended by a creator I liked use these predatory practices to keep charging customers who no longer wish to use their service.

Customer Service is non existent here. This is in no way to $#*! on the people who actually do the job. There are not enough hires and one person has to deal with everything. Tried to cancel an order immediately after hitting the pay button. Did not hear back until 48 hours later that it was too late. It doesn't have to be this way.

The website is terribly broken and doesn't work correctly it takes forever to load and if I try to change my account settings they don't save. Multiple months they have double billed me and then corrected the extra charges later ( I think). There is no way to be sure the billing is correct since there is no way to see billing details on their website, you just have to cross your fingers and hope they're billing you correctly, which is even more confusing for Canadian customers who have to factor in the exchange rate. The order tracking on the website doesn't update. Support is extremely slow to respond to you. Plus when I added extra items to my subscription they didn't include them in the order.

I have been a customer for almost a year and I can get fragrance that is too expensive in full bottle form for my subscription. This lets me know if that pricetag is worth it. If I do like them ( and I usually do) I have a decent decant.

I received my first order and I was very excited because I picked the scent very carefully. Upon getting my perfume I thought that it smelled completely different than what I'm used to. I never remembered the scent smelling so light. 30 minutes after putting it on I no longer smelled it. My nose wasn't used to the scent as to this being the 1st time using it! I canceled immediately after getting the 1st shipment. A few days before the next billing cycle you already know they hit my credit card right? Email stated that this email address isn't the address I subscribed with yet still took my money again! Buyer Beware!

Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
