I canceled my subscription 7/23 they sent out the next month perfume and charged my acct.
Said when I return it they would refund my acct.
Here it is 12/30/23 and I still continue to email them weekly. There is NO Phone Number to Reach Anyone….Im Making a complaint with the BBB….Very Unsatisfied!
I love every scent I got so far! They definitely do arrive in a timely manner and I've gotten every single order I've placed. Even the ones from my subscription and they stay having sales! I have a larger collection of Purdue's I've never heard of and I love them just as much as the popular ones! The cases are cute as well! I really hope they add Valentino to their variety! They definitely have some name brand ones too. Hopefully they add Chanel too! I also like how you can purchase full size bottles too but hopefully they will do that for all perfumes!

I am unable to cancel or change my subscription without emailing the company and I also am paying twice and much than I thought I was going to be for the subscription. And there is no way to change on the website. It's also very confusing when signing your signing up so you don't really know what your signing up for.

This is a great way to build a nice array of perfumes. I receive two each month. There is a vast array of scent styles available. My only dislike is that they send you one, really awful looking case. Gray plasticy thing. You can only purchase a different one at a high cost. To me, one should be given each month in a seasonal color. They charge a lot for these cases! It's just a cheap, plastic cylinder which would cost.50 cents to make. Because the scent vials have a unique shape you can only buy from Scentbird. Almost a deal breaker for me. It's hard at first to get the hang of spraying the perfume. I recommend Scentbird to friends and have given gifts that were well received.
This business is an alternative to potentially pricey fragrance buys, they have a variety of fragrances for a monthly fee. (Scent of the month club) The packaging and scent deployment system is great, most scents come with paperwork regarding the scent notes in that fragrance. I say most because I have not always received them with my scent of the month.
The variety of fragrances could be better, I can't speak of the feminine side of things, but it seems that the men's scents that I want to try out are the more expensive sort. This is where you are charged $10 to $15 more per month.
On the positive side, I love trying new colognes, and rolling the dice to try a new scent for me is worth the $20 monthly cost. I have actually purchased one of the colognes I have tried on here through another site. They have a system that efficiently tracks which scent you want to receive & a user has the freedom to move your choices around so you can strategically pick a spring or winter scent in the proper season. Overall, their site is very easy to navigate, very professional.
To be critical, some of the colognes have turned out to be duds. I can't blame scentbird for this, in fact I am grateful to not be stuck with what would become a hundred dollar bathroom spray. Objectively speaking, some of these scents were ones that scentbird tacked on the extra $10, so that sucks. Another negative is the variety. There are some fragrances that I would like to try from major brands that scentbird does not have as options yet.
So, I like the idea, I love my colognes, but if scentbird doesn't provide me with more variety, I will be moving on. I also think that some of the niche scents should be offered for a discounted price, & I would be more willing continue as a subscriber. For the expensive 'dud' scents, why not comp me with a cheaper, lesser known fragrance?

Money has been taken out of my account twice and I am yet to receive any product from them. You can never reach anyone to talk too and its all robotic games on a chat and the email, and they never return phone calls

I pay a bimonthly fee to receive bimonthly fragrances. I have been doing this for months and have yet to receive ANY perfumes or scents. Absolute sham of a company. With I could get my money back but even after contacting an associate I cannot get anything sent to me, no money back, AND I can't cancel my subscription. Worst thing I have ever spent money on hands down.

These people charged me $7.32 then another $10.81 for one tiny bottle then $18.31 a month later & I'm only subcribed to 1 bottle. They are stealing your money be careful!

I love it however, the first thing, I do not like is that I can't repeat scents every month or every other month. I get that you want me to try new scents but if I fall in love with a certain scent then I would like to be able to get a couple of them. The second thing, I don't like is not knowing how much they are going to charge my card every month. The third thing, I don't like how long it takes for me to get my new scents once my card has been charged. Fourth thing, I don't like how you can't see your orders until you receive them. The first thing I love is the cute cases for the sample perfumes. I love that I can try high-end fragrances before purchasing the whole bottle. I love the wide selection of fragrances that they offer. I wish they had a customer services department that you could call with any questions or concerns. Overall I am extremely happy with Scentbird

I paid for the order in September and the order still hasn't arrived. (It's now the end of December) They just scammed me, disgusting company, they also took double payment for the next order, I was able to return some of the money.
It is better to buy perfume from adequate sellers.

Because of Scentbird, I could find scents I love that I never would've found in any other store, let alone have them for less than it would've cost for a full bottle! Scentbird is, for one, overpriced. They then throw in all these add-ons you can do each month to continue to tack on money. The case they give you to put your perfume in is cheap and gets dirty very easily. It also falls apart easily. Not to mention that even if you upgrade your subscription to two scents per month, they will still only send you one fragrance case…but don't worry! You can get one every month if you're willing to pay more for your subscription! For the price,I was expecting to receive the perfumes in some nice packaging at the very least, but it was completely underwhelming. I only liked 1/4 of the perfumes they sent which for the price is just un aceptable. To put the icing on the cake, their subscription cancellation process is incredibly annoying. Don't get me wrong, it's not difficult, but many of the steps are completely unnecessary. There should be an option to cancel from the manage subscription page. It almost feels like they want you to be trapped into keeping your subscription, probably because they know that their service sucks. Anywho, I do not recommend this service to anyone. Just get sample bottles from regular retailers, trust me.
Do not use. I repeat do not use! They will continue to bill you after you've emailed requesting to cancel the contract.

I opened the subscription last year to buy a cologne for my husband, then promptly closed my subscription. This year for Christmas I reopened the subscription and went to rebuy the same cologne (Fierce). However, this year it was not in stock. So I went to close the subscription and it wouldn't let me! I was already roped in and had to take whatever weird perfume they wanted to send. I got some awful dirty coconut perfume. I wrote to them to try and stop the shipment, or at least send something better, but they said it couldn't be changed. So I figured I'd send it back once I got here, but they're not allowing that either. There's no returns / refunds at all! This company is awful.

I'm pretty satisfied with the sent bird website and the subscription plaything is that I think that they can probably make do with a little bigger vials for their scent when they send them out it's kind of difficult to make them two scents last for the entire month before getting a new one. But other than that I would like them to sell full bottles of certain fragrances that I don't see on the website

Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
