I had a subscription to Scentbird for 4 months, but wanted to cancel. Trying to cancel through the app takes you to a page that asks you to give the reason for the cancellation, but the page never fully loads making it impossible to complete the cancellation. Using their "Contact Us" link just takes you around in circles. There is no customer service phone number to call. The only number I did find was answered with an automated message stating there is no customer service via phone. Eventually I had to go through my third-party payment program and have them cancel the recurring payments. Sure, it was a fun little package to get every month with perfumes I would probably never have tried, but absolutely not worth signing up for given the difficulty to connect with customer service or cancel the subscription.
JUST DONT DO IT. I HAVE SENT MNO LESS THAN 5 EMAILS TO SUPPORT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. EVERY MONTH, I STILL GET A PERFUME I HATE. TODAY I JUST GOT ANOTHER ORDER AND i WAS SURE IT WAS CANCELLED THIS TIME. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL - ISNT THAT CONVENIENT? I STILL AM NOT CANCELLED. I ACTUALLY STARTED A CHAT WITH SOMEONE BUT THEY MYSTERIOUSLY WENT SILENT. ISSUE NOT RESOLVED.

My first order was $28 with the conversion from USD to CAD. I thought ok, a little pricey but not too bad. My second order was $47! Their excuse was BS! If you are Canadian, it is so not worth the price! A total waste of money! I rate this App 0 Stars but you have to give it at least a 1 star to post your review. 2 thumbs down 👎🏾

I have literally been trying for almost 6 months to cancel this freaking account I canceled it because I don't like their products they give me a headache the following month they still charged me the only thing that I can do was pause it and I've been going back and forth with email with them and apparently I didn't say cancel the subscription enough times that they reenacted the subscription and charged me again stay away do not mess with them

Decided to try scent bird amd the first months was 8 USD, and to upgrade for the first month it was and additional 12 USD. I chose 3 scents one being an extra 10 dollars. After I checked my account I was charged by them 3 separate time adding up to over 70 dollars. I immediately reached out to cancel the subscription and be refunded and after 2 days they finally responded saying it was to late and they had shipped the order. They didn't ship the order until the next day. They also claimed I had ordered 2 premium scent and apparently the premium 3 scent deal didn't apply to my account. I asked them for an actual bill to see how they broke down the charges and I haven't recieved any response from them. So for 1/10 customer service and incredibly misleading pricing

Just like the tin says. They deliver what they say. Products are nice, though your mileage may vary. They are scents, after all, so it's a process of refining what you like and do not like. One minor complaint is that they sometimes forget to include the little info card telling you about the scent. Rest is pretty positive, though.

There are no cancel button on the website. They tell you to call them customer service team, but once you click on the link, it just link you to the same page. What a joke!? I have to report lost credit card to cancel this $#*!! Never buy this product. They said you can cancel ANYTIME FXXKING TIME! What?! Yea, if you can reach them. It is a fxxking joke.

My subscription was supposed to be $7.99 a month or something like that, when I look at my bank statement they've been charging over $18 for months. And this last time I didn't even receive my order. The perfumes are nice but it's not worth it if you don't want to get scammed

I love the perfumes, but hate the terms and dishonesty. I have the two fragrance subscription. They lack integrity. I don't have time to dispute these issues. I will definitely block my card and discontinue this service. I detest thieves.

The Fragrance are all cheap, I swear knock offs! They don't come with the brand label! I tried a couple hoping it work out. On package never arrived. I contacted them by email, they said they would resent me a new one, I said no, I want a refund. They said no. But I didn't even get it and you had to reprocess the order. Save your money! Honestly crooks.

The idea of receiving perfume monthly is a great way to experience different fragrances. However, I collected so much perfume, there was no way I could use it all. So I decided to cancel my subscription. I tell you this, there is no way you can cancel. There no way to talk to a live person,.and when you use the chat box, that's so frustrating. No matter what question you ask, the same reply is repeated. I wish I would have read the reviews before enrolling with this company. I wish I would have checked the BBB before enrolling with this company. Their score is a "D". If you thinking about joining Scentbird, think twice. To cancel the instructions says to Go to the Scentbird website.

I subscribed to the monthly perfume membership and also purchased a sample of a fragrance at the same time. During checkout the shipping said free. I checked out completely and received an email receipt. Then 5 mins later I get another email receipt saying they added $6 for shipping of the tiny perfume vial sample I got. This is ILLEGAL. I completely checked out and doing so, agreed to the price that showed during checkout. They can't just add money to the already agreed upon price afterwards. I'm filing a fraud complaint on them with my bank.

This is a nice perfume subscription at a good price. I like the selection of colognes and perfumes. I've only selected ones that are within the price range of the subscription for one scent per month. The scent below is not a favorite but there are plenty more to choose from.

I've had nothing but amazing experiences with Scentbird. They are the first subscription company I can say that about. Even when I had a negative reaction to a product, they did their best to make sure I was happy; replacing the product with something else from my queue with no questions asked. Takes a really long time for them to ship your "monthly" scent so it's common that you won't get them in the month that it's intended for. Canceling your subscription is INSANE. How do you call yourself a subscription service but have no way to cancel your subscription from the website? SCAM. They try to trick people into not canceling and continue charging cards. I'm surprised they haven't had a lawsuit for this yet. I originally subscribed about 3 years ago and it seemed pretty decent and was cheap so I kept it about 3 months before cancelling but since I recently resubscribed it's a huge difference in price now. All of the scents I had previously gotten were "+$10" and had about a 100% markup from the last time I had ordered them.
Also— I noticed that a Scentbird representative will respond to only good reviews but are very suspiciously quiet when people are stating that they were scammed out of money.

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
