I've had nothing but amazing experiences with Scentbird. They are the first subscription company I can say that about. Even when I had a negative reaction to a product, they did their best to make sure I was happy; replacing the product with something else from my queue with no questions asked. Then reached out via email to check in. I just can't speak highly enough of this company.
I like fragrance, but I HATE buying large bottles… I could count on one hand how many times I've used an entire bottle up. My fragrance changes depending on the weather, the occasion, my mood… many things. There's nowhere near me to try fragrances ahead, so I had stopped buying any. I really enjoy Scentbird suggesting scents that may fit my profile, as well as scents that I may like based on other scents. I have discovered some fragrances that work very well for me. Two of them I liked so much I bought a full bottle! Shipping is quick and tracking is spot on. The metal cases that hold the fragrance vials fit easily into a purse or pocket, and the unique "twist" design to open ensures they don't spray accidentally.

I thought id try them. I like how u can choose ur faves and ones u want to try and they send only those. So ur not paying for what u didn't want. Ive received samples of what ive owned and loved plus what ive wanted to try. For the price, its really not bad. U can try new fragrances ur Interested in before spending over 80 on a whole bottle. I definitely recommend scentbird to anyone into perfumes. Pay 15 to try before u buy. And if ur like me, u dont use perfume everyday, and when u do, just do a spray or 2,1 sample bottle will last months bc you get a new one to switch it up. Its been 5 mos since i started, wear perfume most days and all my little bottles are still either 1/4 full or 3/4 full and i havent been unsatisfied yet. Im sure if that happens they will make it right. Definitely worth a try. U smell like a million bucks everyday and all u paid was 15. Just give it a try, u can cancel whenever

I really like the option to buy a small bottle of good smelling perfume and that you can easily pause your sub. It is nice that you can pick for different months in a queue. I am pretty satisfied.
Very disappointed, the perfume smelled ok but lasted all of 10 minutes. Scent did not linger on clothes or body. Sad replication of the True genuine perfume sold under. Disguised as name brand, but doesn't deliver.

I have been receiving my monthly Scentbird sub and I could not be more happy to spend $15 a month! You do your scent profile and pick it out your scent! They also have makeup and candles you can add to your monthly sub. Who doesn't love to smell beautiful with designer fragrances like Gucci, Versace, Marc Jacobs comes in a beautiful compact with your monthly perfume choice. I love this service because I'm very into designer fragrances and this provides me the opportunity to wear new fragrances and not the huge bottle commitment for a large amount.

I was charged 3 times for one scent and bot emailing me back about cancellation of my subscription. Not what I needed assistance with.
Why is this so difficult to solve. I was charge $9/$10/$21 why?
How is there no one to fix this issue.
I can't imagine the retention of this company.

Hi M, I see that our Customer Support agents provided assistance on the same day you reached out to us, specifically on May 20th. Your subscription was initially for our 1 product/Monthly plan, which you availed of at a 50% discount. As a result, you were charged $9.22 (sales tax included). Subsequently, you upgraded your plan to our 3 products/Monthly option, which costs $37. Consequently, an additional charge of $21.83 was applied to cover the cost of the new plan. One of the fragrances you selected was a Premium scent, which incurs an extra charge of $10. Hence, you were charged an additional $10.89 including sales tax.
To ensure transparency with our customers, we display a notification prior to adding Premium fragrances to your queue. You must confirm your acceptance of the extra cost to proceed. Once you confirm your willingness to pay for such fragrances, our system automatically processes the charges. Please be assured that we only process the fragrances that are in your queue.
After our agents clarified the charges, you expressed disinterest in upgrading your account. Consequently, we downgraded your plan and refunded the second charge back to your card.

First off if you need help with your order good luck they don't have a customer service number! Plus I put my scents in my cart and was willing to pay extra for my sense that I wanted. Also I was supposed to get a case every month with my 2 fragrances but guess what out of the 4 months I was with them they only sent me one case that I paid extra for

I originally had a subscription that was never delivered to me for 2 months. They didn't respond to my emails (only way to contact), and so I emailed them again to let them know I would be cancelling and disputing through my CC company and they sent me the instructions to cancel. I also ordered sample sized scents and my order duplicated somehow. I have sent them 5 separate emails and have disputed through PayPal now. These people are crooks and impossible to contact. I Guess this is how they make their money. Lesson learned.

Just like the tin says. They deliver what they say. Products are nice, though your mileage may vary. They are scents, after all, so it's a process of refining what you like and do not like. One minor complaint is that they sometimes forget to include the little info card telling you about the scent. Rest is pretty positive, though.

I love travel size perfume so I knew I would like scent bird but I love this service. I get more than a month out of each vile which is fine by me because it means I now have a collection of scents to choose from. I have been using this service for several months and am finally close to finishing my first vial which means you get a lot for the money.

Placed my first order for a sample sized fragrance and noticed I was billed twice, once for the agreed amount ($8.50) and then again for $10. Turns out there is a teeny tiny black $10 in the corner of the screen for "premium" fragrances. It was not included in my total and was billed separately on my credit card. I contacted them to find out why the double charge and was ignored until I raised the complaint with my card company. Shady!

Scentbird allows customers to pick which scent they want along with what month to be sent. Scentbird also has new fragrances/colones every month. In addition to there already huge selection. I like being able to test out a fragrance before purchasing a huge, expensive bottle.

I've told them to stop keeping my card info, but went around and kept charging other cards. Overdrafts my account. Illegally taking money from cards I haven't even used there. They have a bullsh*t customer service, Through email. Garbage

My subscription was supposed to be $7.99 a month or something like that, when I look at my bank statement they've been charging over $18 for months. And this last time I didn't even receive my order. The perfumes are nice but it's not worth it if you don't want to get scammed

I signed on to scentbird foolishly one day thinking I would save money on perfume. So far they have sent me nothing but horrible perfumes that stink like a 90 year old grandma who never bathes. I have tried to cancel three times and they keep sending more. Today after three attempts to cancel I received another perfume. It smells like they filled the bottle with water—absolutely no fragrance at all. This is by far better than their prior mailings, however I can spray water on myself for free. Do not subscribe or you will never be able to stop the charges.
Twice I got items that simply didn't function. Then went for an extended period of time before they actually filled shipments. Ended up cancelling service. They out of the blue, some six weeks after cancellation, I received a shipment. Customer service is horrible. Week or more on each communication. I just want to cut my losses and for them to go away. Gave one star because there are no negative stars. STAY AWAY from this place.

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
