I have been waiting on my part for almost a month; customer service is useless! It's unfortunate there is a business that scams customers, but here we are. I have never received the item that is perpetually on backorder...
My god this company is terrible. Not only do they outsource their representatives (who can be hard to understand) but their organization is lackluster. After an hour or two of being hopped around to different representatives, you'll find yourself right where you started, with no clarification or direction as to where to go next. Each representative puts about 40% effort towards getting you what they think you need. I don't know how Samsung has made it this far with such terrible service. After paying ~$200 for shipping bolts for my washer and waiting over a month for them to arrive, I realize that they sent me different (Cheaper) parts than what I requested. Calling them was no help. So now I'm stuck with these parts that don't work on my washer and i'm $200 in the hole. Don't make the same mistake I made.
Waited approximately 2 weeks for them just to ship parts which they had in stock. Then waited over a week before receiving them. I could have bought these parts anywhere for much cheaper and would have received them in 1/4 the time, plus they were not even packaged good. I will never buy anything from this company again to only wait a month to receive my order in poor condition. Samsung should better monitor companies like these who represent their products and give them a bad name.
I'm very sorry I didn't read the reviews prior to ordering the circuit board for my fridge. I did priority overnight, 2 days later nothing was sent, 3 days later, I get a UPS tracking number and UPS says they still haven't received the package (which was said to be "In stock" when I purchased it). Several calls to customer service with twice being hung up on after they put me on hold to check my order without even getting my order number. Excuses that all supervisors are in the warehouse and can't come to the phone. It seems like a shady business.
After spending 100 plus on a new plastic jug for the inside of our fridge and including any freight charges we then get another bill saying we have to pay more for freight charges. The jug that arrived also leaks when pouring. A totally unacceptable waste of time and life dealing with these people. Not worth buying another Samsung product when their aftercare is so abysmal.
I originally placed an order from samsung.com in early September. Still never received it so I contacted the company in November and had to place what they considered a "replacement order". As of November 24, I STILL have not received the part I ordered! I called and cancelled and found the part on amazon! Customer service stinks! Waiting for my refund which will take "5 to 7 business days!" Never again will I order from them!
Long story short ordered remote in July, back order back order back order but kept saying 2 weeks. They billed me finally sept 30th with no email. I called and called and called for 2 weeks asking for info on shipping and finally had a manager say sorry we don't have it but Amazon does. Then tells me they will refund my money … 10 days later I had enough and disputed the charge with my bank that was still never refunded. I will never ever go to that site again and anyone reading this is warned
I received the wrong part for my Samsung refrigerator door. It took over a month and a half to receive the part. We just got used to flipping the door flapper back with the broken hinge and it was after the 30 day return policy so I was just out of luck. There was no reason why I received the wrong part. They did offer to sell me the correct part for another $6.95 and another $6.95 to ship it. This was probably probably a $2.00 part. I ask for the manager and he told me it was after the 30 day return policy and he couldn't do anything about it. Needless to say, there are other places to buy parts.
They want to charge me over $30 for a 4lb part that is 9x9x9 and I live in the same state they are shipping item from. Plan to file a complaint with my state Attorney General Office to look into their business practices.
I received my items, but they're not functional. When I tried to return them and clicked "submit" on the return page, it wouldn't let me proceed to the next step. I attempted to contact customer service, but clicking on the chat for customer service yielded no response. Sending emails was the same, with no reply to my messages. I will never purchase any Samsung products again.
I ordered parts from this company then I found out that everything was on back order and it would be 2 months before I got the parts I contacted them and canceled the order. Two months after that I received the parts and they took the money out of my bank account. They claim that I never contacted them but then after I sent them the proof that I did they issued me a return authorization. With this return authorization they were supposed to send me a return label they did not I contacted them another eight times and they simply refuse to respond to me now. I still have their parts and they still charge me for something I do not need. It has been a headache through the whole ordeal and their customer service is the absolute worst do not order from them you will be disappointed
Don't do business with them, get part number and order from ebay.I order part from this side and after I order status is will ship 2-5 business days. I will 5 business days, after all that wait time they change item to back order.
I see why the rating is what it is, and I haven't even gotten to a point where I can order from them. Don't try using their email for help, it should not be called "*******@samsungparts.com" it should be called "*******@samsungparts.com." If you send them a question, it gets passed around to different people- you get a response from someone new to your email chain every time; and it's clear they are not reading what your email is saying, because every message contradicts the last and shows zero reading comprehension. Customer service experts my absolute arse. Not only is this entity setting their customer service team up for failure with a system that doesn't assign people to requests, but the team doesn't give a flying crap about the emails they receive. I can understand if a company has a weak customer service team, but this company is entirely structured around Customer Service and Parts Research. They seemingly do neither. So maybe they should stop being a company.
My wife and I bought a Samsung washer and dryer in August of 2019. The washer lid came apart at the seams causing it inoperable. I contacted Samsung parts (J&J International) and ordered the replacement lid in July 2020. The lid was on back order, which I understood with year we are having. I called several times to check on status with reassurance that the part was on the way. I called again on Oct. 15th to find out that my order had been canceled due to the credit card billing address was incorrect and an email was sent. After going thru the process again to reorder, (35 minute) all the information was correct. My new lead time is currently 6-8 weeks. Well I guess, I will continue to meet new people at the laundry mat for another 2 months for a washer that is under 2 years old.
I ordered a remote control for my soundbar last month... The order status is still "New Order". I purchased the item when it was in stock and it is still in stock on the website. You probably won't ever get your product. I just bought one on ebay and called it a day
I ordered some spare parts for my samsung soundbar and waited about a month only for them to say my transaction has been cancelled and they gave the part to the next person in line. They then told me to wait for another back order where I cancelled. I am returning the soundbar and want to return the other parts back to samsung parts in which the website is broekn! Error codes if you try and click anything. This is the last time I am ever buying from them and highly recommend everyone else to avoid them!
I order some parts for a washer and pay extra to be delivered in 2 days and it took this 5 days to get here, and wen it got here it wasn't even what I ordered, then I called them they had me waste my time for n other week after calling them 20 times a day made me go returned the items on my own time then it took them n other week to get my money back, it was just a terrible experience. Every single person I call was not helpful, I lost over 300$ and 3 weeks off my life dealing with this company, I talked to the manager and everyone and no one could help me to even get the part I needed, and they told me that they do not have a corporate number to call, like it's Samsung company how trashy can this company be, makes no sense.
Unbelievably incompetent. The agents have no desire to complete your order. Their main goal is to get off the phone so they can provide horrible service to the next customer. Getting in touch with anyone is very difficult. They set up case numbers to review your request and tell you someone will get back to you but nobody does. Knowing that I have to deal with this company for replacement parts is a huge incentive to every buy a Samsung appliance again.
Bought ice maker for Samsung refrigerator. The part arrived with the tab broken. The ice maker also did not make ice when installed. I tried to return it using their website and was told I would be contacted within 1 day. I never was contacted.
I then initiated a refund with the credit card company for Samsung's sending me a broken, nonfunctional part. Samsung's response was that "I never even notified them of my problem." Thank goodness I saved their email acknowledging that I had indeed tried do get them to accept back their broken, nonfunctional part.
Not worth the headache! Just stay away from these people!
I purchased a needed part from Samsungparts.com for our refrigerator. At the time we were undergoing an extensive remodeling and our fridge was stored in the garage, but we planned on re-using it so we bought the part intending to install when the remodel was done. The fridge was damaged by the contractor and was no longer usable. It had been over 30 days since the order was placed. I contacted them explaining the situation and the fact that the part had never even been out of the box and they didn't care. There was no flexibility in their approach at all, so I'm stuck with a $110 part I can't use. The best thing that could happen to this company is for it to go bust. Horrible customer service. They would deserve it.
