After spending 100 plus on a new plastic jug for the inside of our fridge and including any freight charges we then get another bill saying we have to pay more for freight charges. The jug that arrived also leaks when pouring. A totally unacceptable waste of time and life dealing with these people. Not worth buying another Samsung product when their aftercare is so abysmal.

Don't do business with them, get part number and order from ebay.I order part from this side and...
