Received the screen in a timely manner buuuuut.... when i opened the package, the inverter and mounting brackets were bent almost 90 degrees. Because this was an emergency and for a laptop I need everyday, proceeded to install. Picture is fine until you touch where the inverter is located. The screen scrambles or distorts. The also happens when I just turn on the laptop. The final disappointment was the dead pixel in the middle of the screen. If I didn't need this replacement immediately, I would return for a refund.

Screen was delivered in a timely manner and thanks to YouTube I was able to replace the screen with no problem. The selection process for the screen on the website couldn't have been easier. Works great and been using it everyday. Not 100 percent sure, but it seems back light is much brighter, as I do not have to have laptop brightness up all the way anymore, 60 percent is plenty. Will recommend to everyone. Just make sure you always properly research correct part numbers and you should be a happy customer.

The screen that they sent me was about 1mm too long. I had to make some adjustments to my laptop in order to accommodate that, but otherwise it worked really well

What more can I add to the prior great reviews? Yes the delivery was fast. Yes the packaging was very good. The real hook - offer your customers a discount if they upload an acceptable youtube video replacing the screen on their device - that's genius and it works. Its been said that imitation is the highest form of flattery. I am considering using that same approach in my own (non-computer) related business.

Quality of screen was better than the OEM one I replaced after 6 months. Dell screen had little side padding to protect, this screen seemed more substantial and I hope lasts a long time. Never had a screen issue with 10 years use of a Lenovo and look forward to many more with this Dell now that I've replaced this screen.

My 12 year old son wanted to repair his own broken laptop screen, and so after watching several repair videos online, and hearing about this company through You Tube, he decided this was the company to go to.
