While I was researching the repair for a broken screen I happened upon ScreenCounty's website. The video tutorial (for a like model) was very helpful in exacting the repair. Once I determined the exact type of screen--which screen country's site was very helpful in doing--I placed the order; and it arrived in a surprisingly short amount of time. It's good to know there is such a resource.

Anyone who's ever needed to buy a laptop screen knows that finding the exact right one can be a trial. Screen Country made it easier than most. They knew that my laptop used an LED screen, not an LCD (no other site seemed to know or care). They knew that an LED screen doesn't require an inverter, and so didn't try to sell me one (can't say the same for most other places I looked). They showed the *complete* laptop model number so I could match it. They showed the back side of the actual screen they were selling -- not a generic graphic -- so I could match that, too. All of the above assured me that I'd most likely get the right part. Finally, the price was reasonable -- not the best price around -- but their thoroughness, accuracy and professionalism made it worth it. I will definitely buy from them again, and I would recommend Screen Country to others.

The screen that they sent me was about 1mm too long. I had to make some adjustments to my laptop in order to accommodate that, but otherwise it worked really well

Despite the fact that the screen model I ordered didnt have a tutorial for installation, there were tutorials on other models on the site that helped me figure out how to replace my broken laptop screen, thank god. What was more surprising was the price I payed for my screen and how quickly the screen arrived at my door! Spent $80 and it arrived to my door in just a couple of days not tp mention in perfect condition! If youre looking for a better alternative than spending $100s repairing a laptop screen at a manufacture, go to Screencountry. Also if a tutorial isnt included in a screen youre looking to buy (because they try to cover a tutorial for each kind of screen) they may offer you a discount if you supply them with a tutorial for that screen. For me I was offered $20 off if i made an instruction video but i didnt do it due to not having a decent enough camera

Excellent prices and service. The screen was very easy to install. I chose this option with ScreenCountry for $80, rather than paying $400 with the laptop manufacturer. I will certainly be using ScreenCountry in the future.

The item was in perfect condition when received, worked perfectly once I installed it, definitely shipped in good time, awesome purchase experience I would say and I buy most of my parts online.

I don't usually write reviews but Screencountry.com is excellent. The prices are great, they ship from Canada so as a buyer, I do not have to worry about duty, and they offer many different shipping options.

I ordered the replacement screen for my 8 month old Lenovo Ideapad Y500. I was given the choice between a matte and glossy screen (I opted for the matte screen since my old gloss screen was pain to see in the sunlight). It only cost me $94 after shipping and tax.

If the price wasn't good enough, I ordered after 2pm on Thursday and the screen was at my door by about 1pm on Tuesday via Canada Post Xpresspost (2nd cheapest shipping option).

I simply followed a guide to install the screen online and within an hour, my screen fired up.
