I really doubted that I could replace a laptop screen all by myself. I reviewed the site and called and verified that I had the right part number. When I started asking questions for my particular make/model, the technician sent 5 video links from youtube right to my email address to help me out. I ordered the part and had it installed within 30 minutes. Everyone was so helpful and I am so impressed with myself for fixing something!
Due to life events I haven't had time to replace the screen in my laptop. THe screen arrived on time and appears to be in good condition, I'll get it in soon.
I was looking for a laptop screen for a Gateway Laptop and I do a lot of research and price matching to get the most reasonable cost. It was not difficult to fine the correct screen for my HP Pavillion dv9000 laptop. The ordering was a bit more difficult because the website did not allow for separate billing and shipping addresses. I phoned the toll free number to complete my order. The screen arrived on the day it was promised. While the installation video was helpful, my situation did not match exactly what was presented but then considering the long list of possible models, I did not expect it to. Instead of taking 5 minutes to change the screeen it took about 45 minutes. There was some confusion about the backlight connection and the placement of the backlight package, and some parts originally supplied turned out surplus to the replacement screen. In the end the screen worked, and still does, like the original. It might be helpful to offer other bits and pieces of replacement parts like bezels, screw covers and screws, all of the damage not being apparent until dismantling.

What more can I add to the prior great reviews? Yes the delivery was fast. Yes the packaging was very good. The real hook - offer your customers a discount if they upload an acceptable youtube video replacing the screen on their device - that's genius and it works. Its been said that imitation is the highest form of flattery. I am considering using that same approach in my own (non-computer) related business.

I ordered a laptop screen from another site and when i got my screen it was the wrong one. The Pin connector was too small, they did not give us the Pin connector information in the description.
I did another search and found screencountry.com. They didn't have my exact screen, but found me a compatible one. Delivery was great. Received it. Popped it in and am super satisfied with my new screen. I should have gone to screencountry.com in the first place when I saw the site in my search results before buying from the other site. Oh, and screencountry.com was cheaper too!
Thank you so much for my new screen! My laptop in back in working order and my husband can have the T. V back. (we hooked up a VGA cable to the T. V and used it as a secondary screen. My laptop then became a desktop lol.)

Quick delivery and exactly the part that I needed. Installation was very simple on my Acer 1810t and the replacement screen is as good, if not better than the original. No dead pixels at all.
