The service is just what I needed. On my Laptop screen were broken and I thought that there is no chance to get a new one since my lap is a bit old, found it in second lol
The screen was a perfect replacement at a very reasonable cost. Best of all the shipping was amazingly fast so I was able to have my laptop up and running in no time.
So much satisfaction was gained from doing this myself!
My 12 year old son wanted to repair his own broken laptop screen, and so after watching several repair videos online, and hearing about this company through You Tube, he decided this was the company to go to. Reliable, American, and guaranteed. He figured out what screen he needed, found the part, and we ordered. The screen came faster than I expected and fit and worked perfectly, with no bad pixels. It was an easy repair! My 12 year old did it mostly himself. I only really helped with gently unplugging and re-plugging in the screen. I would recommend this company for sure. Make sure you know exactly which screen you need before you order!
Quality of screen was better than the OEM one I replaced after 6 months. Dell screen had little side padding to protect, this screen seemed more substantial and I hope lasts a long time. Never had a screen issue with 10 years use of a Lenovo and look forward to many more with this Dell now that I've replaced this screen.

Found the right screen just using their online data base with just the make and model of the laptop. I received the screen in the mail well packaged and in perfect condition on the day it said it would be here. I have ordered dozen's of screens from this company and have yet to have an issue.
Great screen - really pleased with purchase at an amazing price.
Better than production as far as I can tell. HP don't offer glossy screen in 1080 x 1920 - only 720 x 1280 from memory - plus both are near impossible to source through HP distribution channels (HP only offer 1080 x 1920 on their brightness reduction screens - which give crappy colour but work better in sunlight).

A word of caution to UK customers, I got stung by customs when UPS delivered for an extra £25 in the door on top of delivery charge so bear this in mind.

While frying to find a new screen for my Toshiba Satellite, I went out to eBay but was satisfied with the sites for tech support and getting the correct screen for this beast. When I located this site I found easy to use, with every step self explanatory that I was able to make my selection in the off hours and loved the warranty! GREAT JOB!

I ordered a new screen and chose the wrong shipping. I called customer support and the helped me change the shipping. The LCD panel arrived the next day.
