I brought a brand new Samsung galaxy 8+ with 8 months the phone stop working properly when contract customers service they refused to help or replace my phone with a new one they try to send me a used phone or ask me to send mind to get fix at my cost, which means I will be without a phone for 7 to 10 business days and I still have to pay my phone carrier for a phone that I'm not using not fair. Think twice before you buy there phone.
I've got a Samsung galaxy note 9 and got to give it to it it's bloody tough.
Just last night I ran over it with my truck and only cracked the screen but it still works fine.

I have two white circles on my tv and waiting for the next one to appear. Just out of warranty, so buy a Samsung tv and divide that by 60 and that will be how much it cost to own a Samsung tv per month. Then have to buy a new one.

5 years smart TV went to the garbage! Customer Service wants $120 just to step to your house for diagnostic! No płace to go for any advise, waiting for domenie pick up the phone hours, and never, no one solves the problem.
Over one year old expensive refrigerator has a not cleanable shelf, no one can help. Samsung wats $120 just to see that shelf. Maybe that "technician" will give me advice how to clean it or not for additional $90. The dirt is not reachable, and shelf is created wrong way. Do not buy Samsung product!
I Purchased a 58 inch big screen TV from Samsung three years ago. I started smelling something burning in my home and had the fire department at my home. The firemen found the source to be the TV. I called customer service and they were very concerned for the safety of my family and Home and said they will pay for all the parts and labor. They did not have to do that because I did not have an extended warranty. The customer service is so pleasant to deal with. They basically gave me a new TV and the repair man was top notch. From customer service to the repair man they were great to me. Anyone buying a TV I recommend go Samsung all the way. I know I will always buy a Samsung product. Thank you again Samsung. Your products are the best and your customer service is A+.
I purchased a Samsung white French Door Refrigerator in 2010. The ice/water dispenser had to be repaired 3 times in 2013, glad for the warrantee, extended warrantee purchased thru Lowes Home Improvement. The dispenser was repaired but due to it malfunctioning water dripped down the sides and caused the dispenser to rust. This is a totally white refrigerator and now is trashed with brown rust stains. I can no longer stand to look at it in my kitchen. I spoke with Samsung customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do. I asked if I could get a credit on the purchase of a new one and they said there was nothing they could do. So now my fridge, that should have lasted for 20 years, has to go in the dump and I am left with footing the bill for a replacement. Thanks for nothing Samsung. I will never buy Samsung again and I recommend that no one else does.
If I could give lower than a "1" rating I would. I wanted to upgrade my Samsung S7 phone to an S10. They offered 100.00 for a trade if it turned on and was wiped. There was nothing wrong with my phone. It turned on just fine and it was cleared. I got an email from them stating that it did not turn on and it was not wiped. First, how would they know it was not wiped it they could not turn it on? I called them on it and they said sometimes things happen and they are graded incorrectly. To this day, they still have not given us the full credit. They are completely dishonest. Sell your phone privately! They have my perfectly good phone and screwed us out of 100.00. Shame on your Samsung! We have a large family who is always upgrading our phones, and due to your dishonestly it won't be with you.
I purchase a microwave a year ago. I have had repairs done on the microwave three times they have replace everything in the microwave. Now they are recommending another repair company to come out and look at it.
I will never buy another Samsung product again. Samsung intentionally sold a phone with a manufacturing defect. Then demanded that we pay $75 to get it fixed. Hoping to reduce our loss, I paid it. Samsung then took our money, never intending to fix it, and just sent it back to us, without even looking at it.
Samsung has lied and lied and lied, over and over again, trying to justify their actions, based on a policy that had nothing to do with the problem, and that we didn't have anything to do with. SHAME ON YOU! You take my money, promise to fix and and don't even look at it.

Should have known better but tried again. Told delivery will be 2 days after order, nope but ok. Called set a date, arrange around it and get call thinking it's delivery window, nope its a new del date and no one to talk to about it. Few hours later a new delivery date. Call Samsung about it-get bounced around, tran to surveys or hung up on. Then yet another del date is sent. Now trying to cancel and back to a bouncing ball, trans to surveys or wrong dept or hung up on. Can't cancel order, went to credit card company to dispute letting them know hours (literally) spent on this with no luck. Also filed BBB complaint. Never Never NEVER again with this company.
Got an appliance suite from the website. The products are cool, but if anything goes wrong, the customer service is aggressively bad. Like you call for an appointment and they call 9 times over the course of a day to confirm (for whatever crazy reason), and then call you a 10th time to tell you you don't really have an appointment. Also, they said our cabinet damage from the leaking dishwasher was due to an installation issue and wasn't their problem. When we pointed out that they had arranged installation and asked how to get in touch with the company, they said they don't keep records of installation. Every time we call (which is too often) they seem to have trouble accepting that we bought everything directly from them so they can't pawn us off to Home Depot or Lowes. It's hard to imagine them doing worse if they tried.
I had wrote a review on Samsung's ungodly poor service and would like to update as it has gotten worse over the past week. Now I have been made aware of the sorry quality of the products they make. It is not just rip off marketing, but poor quality products, and worse customer service. I was told I would get a call for to survey their service, and before they would take the survey I was hung up on. Par for the course if you choose Samsung. Every year they come up with a new model 600-850 dollars for a product that is worse than the earlier. Noe their S8 phone is worse than the S5. The 5 being a superior product taken from the reviews online and the comparisons on taken from U-Tube. Thank God for U-Tube and the freedom to tell the truth. Kudo's for all you who can afford to buy new phones every year when they don't improve. But you can say you have the latest version out.
I thought I was purchasing a good quality refrigerator from a good name. I paid 3,000.00 for this with a warranty and several repairs has been made to the ice maker and still having problems without offering a replacement. I will never purchase another product from them. Including electronics
Samsung makes prices look appealing but saying a cheap price WITH enhanced trade in. So your not getting a deal or even a discount because when you put in your device trade in you get nothing hardly against that price unless your trading in an almost brand new phone. Gimic big time
I have been trying to solve my issue for 5 months no lie. Due to the language barrier their Reps. Are fobotic in nature and cannot correctly deal with complicated issues as mine. Samsung sent my phone back and it was lost in transit. UPS paid them for the phone and they never replaced nor will my carrier stop billing me for the phone. The big issue is I am a small business owner and can"t change services due to my number is with my clients.

Samsung has terrible customer service. We paid to have appliances delivered and they sent people that did not know how to do the installation and left a dishwasher sitting in our dining room for a month. They then rescheduled the delivery and didn't know show up without any call or notification. They rescheduled a 2nd time and didn't show up until 7 pm at night and even at this point did not install it correctly and are still dealing with the issue. They didn't install it and the dishwasher falls out of the wall anytime you open it. When I contacted Samsung they lied and said they would reimburse me for my lost time from work and never did. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
On June 10,2022, I paid for a galaxy s 22 ultra with a galaxy watch on promotion. The phone arrived 3 days later, the watch did not. I spoke to customer support on the 13 of June. Today is July the 5th, I still did not receive the watch. I spoke to 10 different ppl from customer service representatives to supervisors. They all showed incompetence, ignorance, and lack of ability to resolve a simple issue. I wished it was Amazon customer support.
We ordered a Bespoke 6.0 Smart Slide in Rang with Propane hook up through my company website. The website clearly stated that hook up to propane would not be an issue. When delivered they told me that they were not certified to hook up propane and that some one would be calling to set up the range since it was propone. I called the Installation Team on Friday and was assured that someone would be calling within 24/48 hours. I have had mixed conversations with Samsung about the hook up of propane and now 5 days later no one has contacted be about hooking up my new range which is sitting in the middle of the living area. What does it take to get a correct answers and resolution? Currently I would not recommend Samsung to anyone! Horrible Experience. I have completed 4 surveys as of today and still no response.
Bought a Samsung UN55 MU650DF curved tv from Costco on 11/16/2017. Last night tv died (11/23/19). As dead as a door nail. Of course it is out of warranty and tech support is useless. In 2011 bought Samsung front loading washer and it lasted 3 years before giving up the ghost. I replaced that with a LG washer and dryer. I should have learned my lesson. Now I'm going to go to Costco and beg them to take this piece of crap back. Will NEVER buy Samsung again.
We have a three-year-old over the counter microwave, and the door handle broke off, I just got off the phone with a very rude representative from Samsung, She proceeded to tell me that the two screws that were holding up my handle on my microwave cannot be replaced. That I have to either buy a whole new door or a whole new microwave, TWO screws that are covered in a hard plastic so my handle can fit into them, CANNOT be replaced? Un believable and what a rip off, so what's going to happen if my handle breaks again in another three years? I've got to pay another hundred dollars for a door or 300 for a microwave! No thank you I'll go to an actual company that doesn't rip you off and make cheap handles, and has rude customer service!

Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
