I Purchased a 58 inch big screen TV from Samsung three years ago. I started smelling something burning in my home and had the fire department at my home. The firemen found the source to be the TV. I called customer service and they were very concerned for the safety of my family and Home and said they will pay for all the parts and labor. They did not have to do that because I did not have an extended warranty. The customer service is so pleasant to deal with. They basically gave me a new TV and the repair man was top notch. From customer service to the repair man they were great to me. Anyone buying a TV I recommend go Samsung all the way. I know I will always buy a Samsung product. Thank you again Samsung.
