Their customer service is absolutely horrible. They lost an orders (Yes lost an appliance order) and would not ship a new one until weeks passed. They said it was "procedure" to wait. It was a nightmare. They are awful.
Samsung's customer service is absolutely horrible. Their lack of ethics is evident in their continuous lies. They lied on a previous purchase, for which I have the chat transcript, and on my most recent purchase, a 75 inch QLED TV which will be my very last, as I have wasted enough time with their idiot representatives! The public should be warned about their bull $#*! – today's case being that they expected me to wait around for delivery between 1 pm and 5 pm - which will not happen until tomorrow! Their loss – not mine!
I purchased a Samsung refrigerator through Samsung on February 21,2022. I was promised delivery on 2/25,2/26,3/2,3/5. Each day I made sure I would be home. I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I have received 16 emails, 9 texted messages and 2 phone calls from them confirming delivery time, canceling delivery time, and updating delivery time. I am tired of all the run around. I just want my money back. They can keep the fridge if it even exists. The company won't last much longer if this is how they treat all their customers.

Read the reviews regarding Samsung direct and it's partner delivery service AGS a little too late. I purchased my TV on 12/15/21. Today, a day before my scheduled delivery of 12/23/21 between 1:00pm - 5:00pm, I received an email notifying me that the delivery has been delayed. I will be contacted shortly to reschedule. Which is exactly what I've read on multiple reviews, which left me skeptical. Now, it has happened to me. I pray that the TV arrives in perfect condition. The direct line had me on hold and they had the option for me to be called back or just wait on the line for 20 minutes. I chose the call back option. We'll see how this goes. I had a bad experience with on of my TVs I bought years ago and remember it was a complete disaster trying to get a remote control replaced. Let's hope history doesn't repeat itself. I should've picked it up locally at a best buy, Walmart, etc. Would have completely avoided this nonsense.
Oven was delivered March 27. April 15 used the cleaning option and the glass shattered. Called Samsung, service repairman was to come the following Tuesday no show. Called Samsung they said the oven would have to be replaced. Call today and they said the approval for replacement hasn't been approved yet and could be another 3 days before they send the approval to Best Buy. Best Buy says once get approval could be 5-7 business days before we get it. Even sent them a picture so what's the hold up. Never buy again.
Bought a television beginning of March through their Samsung financial sounded like a great deal. Television was to be delivered a week later, made special accommodations to be there. Moved furniture to clear path. Hours into waiting I get an email from shippers that tv is damaged, and they have to send it back to Samsung warehouse, which they received. Made an appliance with a Samsung care plus warranty purchase in November 2022. Appliance was delivered damaged two times. Finally received a good appliance in January 2023 and I've been unable to get my Samsung care plus warranty on my new appliance. I have spoken to dozens upon dozens of representatives. It is now August 2023 and I still do not have my warranty. I have never seen such complete incompetence from a company in my entire life.

We purchased a Samsung Galaxy A52, June 2021, by Nov 2021 it was not working! They repaired with new motherboard and now less than 6 months later same problem and they say we've damaged it. Absolutely no marks or damage on outside of phone, but internal damage! Asked how it can be damaged inside but nothing on outside? Called head office and NO one could answer my question! Cost to repair $450! Less than year old and it's crap and a customer service that did absolutely NOTHING!
The details don't really matter. My story is the same as everyone elses' on here. They wasted my time, money, and energy. They were disrespectful of me entirely.
Bottom line is I'm out $600 for trusting Samsung! There is nothing I can do to get my money back, but I can promise that they will never get the opportunity to mistreat me again!
These big companies need to remember that they can fail too. If they make enough people angry that they refuse to buy their products then they will fail.
I ordered Samsung galaxy M32 on 4th July 2022. My Order ID: *******7886. They sold me defective phone. Finally, after lots of complaints including one in consumer forum they picked it up on 21st July 2022. My consumer forum Grievance Number: *******. Today is 31st July 2022, still I do not get any refund or replacement. They are just giving false promises.
Do not make mistake like I do. Otherwise, you will have to call them daily and get same bull$#*! again and again.
Sent me a faulty speaker and they refuse to replace it. All they do is take your money. Customer service is a waste of time as they will not help you. I am going to spend my money elsewhere. Perhaps a company that will back their product and their customer. Would give a zero for review if it was possible.
We have not even hooked up our SUHD Samsung 55" TV yet, but spending all day today trying to get any customer service makes me think the best thing to do is put it back in the box and take it back to Costco while we still can. 90 minutes on hold till I hung up the phone. Website is complete trash. No help anywhere, not even from Costco. Might be a good TV but we will never know... suggest you never buy anything from Samsung unless you screwing up your whole day trying to get answers
Bought an entire set of kitchem appliances from Samsung.com. One of the dishwashers was delivered dented and scratched. I called in to ash for a replacement. The customer service keeps giving me an excuse that the supervisor is not availbw and will call me back to assist which that never did. I have been in contact with them since June this year and called at least 10 times. Finally yesterday the supervisor came on the call and within few seconds she hung up on me. Will never buy Samsung products or recommend anyone to buy Samsung.

Phone support for the last 3 weeks. Samsung has told me.4 times that I would get a return call regarding my qled q 80 BA turns on at night by it it's self No call ever came. I have lost my patience with Samsung and I'm very disappointed. In all honesty Samsung has returned some of my phone calls but never have I heard from the technical team regarding my part problem.

Disgraceful company! Bought a new Samsung 75 inch QLED TV for $1200 and it lasted 5 months. TV screen formed an internal crack, at the bottom of the screen, there was no impact to the screen and nor did anyone touch it. Apparently it's thermal damage related but Samsung refuse to do a technical assessment and refuse to implement their warranty. $1200 down the toilet. My new household is full of Samsung appliance and I guess all their warranties mean absolutely nothing like the 10yr fridge warranty.
Samsung, shame on you! You lost a passionate Samsung customer and I see from all these reviews you upholding your unethical practices.
I purchase a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator from Sam's Club. All delivery and installation was thru Samsung. They clearly state that delivery and installation are separate. They delivered the refrigerator without including the part needed to connect the waterline. I called to schedule the water line install which should have taken 1 day. 6 days later no waterline install no part sent. All I get is a run around on the phone they keep sayIng they are escalating the ticket. And give them 24 hrs and again nothing. Then I call and get more transfer, wrong numbers to call and still no installation. They are even trying to blame the delivery company who has no responsibility but to deliver. Their customer service is terrible. Don't buy their products on line
What we thought was going to be trouble free for years ended up with problems after 5 yrs. The loss of food, waiting for a part for over a week. I was told by the service tech that Samsung has had numerous problems of the same nature.
I've received Samsung Note as a gift for my birthday this year. I wouldn't compare it to apple products, cause it is out of competition... but it is pretty good. Could be if you're not to picky. And the customer service is fine also)

Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
