Bought a 58" smart tv. Got it home, set it up screen had an internal crack. Brought it back to Best Buy the next day, they gave us a new one. We were leary about taking the same kind of tv but we did. Four months later, tv screen got another internal crack. Basically while I was watching it. Now Samsung is making us jump through hoops to start the process of getting another tv or at least fixing this one. Have to send them information and pictures to their eFax address, but it won't go through. I can see that this is not going to go well or easy. No tv, kids upset, thanks Samsung. Also researched this on the internet, over three thousand hits on this internal crack issue. Samsung claims they never heard of it. What a joke. Where to go now? BBB or AG.

Terrible service and warrenty problems

Never ever make the mistake of buying a Samsung phone from Samsung. If there is any problem at all they will force you to go 5-7 days without a phone. They will not under any circumstance send you a loaner or replacement up front.

The service people and managers are absolutely soul crushing in there apathy and ambivalence (Ben the 'manager' suggested everyone should keep a spare phone handy. He does!). They managed to turn a brand loyalist into a 'never again'.

I managed to order a brand new Pixel 6 pro and trade in this ZFold (worth ~$400 on trade in) faster than they could open a warranty tickets.

Save yourself the trouble and deal with a company that is customer minded (even if you HAVE to have a samsung phone - don't buy it from them)

Broken on arrival

Installer unboxed tv, Screen completely smashed. Customer service made me feel like a criminal. Sent an inspector... he also made me feel it was my fault. After 10 days and as many phone calls. Returning tv with no replacement.(need to reorder)
That ain't happening! Sending back sound bar as well. Worst customer care ever!

Attn: Please heed this warning. Do NOT buy any Samsung refrigerators. There have been known defects for years with both the ice maker and the flesh food section not staying cool and keeping food at safe temperatures. Samsung is WELL aware of this, there is a class action lawsuit as well as groups of over 100,000 people demanding a recall. People are getting sick, medicines are going bad, breast milk is spoiling and people like myself have spent hundreds in repairs only to have to problems happen again within a few days. Samsung refuses to do anything about it. Their canned response is, it's out of warranty, sorry.
Again, do NOT buy their refrigerator. Save yourself a ton of money and the chance of getting food poisoning.

Black ss finish
September 10, 2019

Finish is flaking off door on dishwasher. Called Samsung, and since it is over a year old
I will have to pay for a new door. The problem is it's a process flaw in manufacturing, but'
They don't care. I would stay away from buying any Samsung products. Looked on line, and there are a number of complaints about the finish flaking off.

The submit button wasn't working for the Samsung Galaxy s8 Virtual Reality package ($99 for the ear phones and sd card). After it was fixed, they are doing nothing for those who lost out while it was still in stock. They are talking about it internally but have not taken names or email addresses to notify people when this will be made right. I had a problem with Dyson last Nov. They were absolutely great and made it right. Would buy from them anytime. For all of the problems Samsung has had lately, this should also be made right.

QLED LASTS 18 MONTHS

55 inch QLED top of the line $3500 last 18 months. A line through middle of led has appeared. Samsung customer support said sorry your on your own. Although every staff but one agreed $3500 for 18 months is terrible. No offer of help at all. Makes you wonder about their high end line of products, and customer care. Buyer be aware that spending big bucks may not get you a better product.

Bought fridge stove dishwasher microwave washer and dryer. Replaced dishwasher 4 times still couldn't get it right junk. Worst service I ever had. Dont stand behind there products. Went to get ice from fridge parts fell in my glass. Thank goodness it didn't happen to a child could have been a disaster

I bought an A01 phone at cricket 4 months ago. Two days ago, an "update" rendered it unusable. Absolutely ridiculous. The phone has 16 gigs of memory. After deleting ALL apps, pics, cache, trash bin, it STILL said it didn't have enough memory for the update that keeps popping up and draining battery trying to complete. Samsung support said "go to a store location, but those low memory phones are having problems with it". 16 gigs is not low. An update requiring more than 16 gigs is unbelievable. I bought the new motorola for $150, then trashed my A01. Will never touch a samsung product again.

Horrible Company

They are are terrible company! Do not buy a single product from them. When it breaks they do not stand behind there products. I have 12 hrs total of being on the phone trying to get some where. I spoke with one manager who agreed to replace my tv if a 4th technician couldn't work on my tv. Well that was the case. No samsung is saying we never said that so goof luck. My tv broke 3 days out of warranty and were going on month 4 of being pushed out. This company is a joke and please save yourself the headache

I ordered a smart watch over a week ago on Samsungs website. I still haven't got it. Not necessarily their fault but ill order from anyone else before ill order off their website again. Them shipping with fedex is the problem. I was supposed to get my package today (9 days after my purchase) and it didn't come. I tried to cancel my order last week so i could just walk to the store and pick it up because that would be 100 times faster and they refused my request. Awful customer service from a company I've always recommended. Ill never order from them directly even if its the only way to get their product. Use UPS.

I have been waiting now for 2 weeks just to receive an order that it took them 1 day to take my money from my account. Funny thing is I wish I would have read the reviews from this web site first, because dealing worth this company's customer service team is really a joke. They won't listen to your real issues and us sarcasm as a means to answer a lot of your guestions or for their answers!

I bought a Samsung gear s2 at Christmas and was it had a promo that it would come with a $50 e-gift card and a extra watch band that was worth $89 dollars. The watch came but did not have either of the promo offers. After many emails and phone calls they finial gave me the $50 e-gift card with an expiration date of one month out. But still no word on the watch band. They are the worst!

Overpriced

Competitors. Have phones with same features (beside stylus) 30-40% cheaper.
As well in many cases forget to use not original accessories - I have quick charging powerbank (not of. Samsung) and it charges fast all. Phones... but samsung. My bluetooth headphones (jabra) are not working correctly either,. As it always shows me.in the system that their battery is always full.

Samsung Refridgerator

Brand new fridge, purchased July 2017. Icemaker broke in first week. Contacted Samsung warranty, they arranged the service repair, after I sent them picture of broken part. Service center contacted me about repair. I told them what was broke, service was scheduled a week later. Technician showed up for repair, did not have part to fix. Has to return at a later date. Three weeks old, no ice now for two weeks. Very misleading reviews on consumer reports. I searched reviews on models similar and the same after purchase. I found countless reviews about problems with icemaker. Lesson do very thorough research on specific model. Will not purchase another Samsung product. Customer service is no help, they say they are documenting and recording your complaint. Countless form letters after each email. But they already got your money.

Junk fridge

Have never in my life dealt with such horrific customer
Service. We bought a fridge that had issues with its ice maker from day 1. They sent a tech out who "fixed" it and now 3yrs later we're still stuck with an expensive fridge that still doesn't make ice and now drips water all over our floors. Huge slipping hazard but they're not willing to stand behind their product and fix it once again. Absolutely terrible Product and customer service.

Frigidaire! You won't call wrong, excellent customer service, appliances work very well. I purchased a fridge, dishwasher and range. All fabulous! Don't buy Samsung because thwy are terrible, even dropped my fridge down the stairs after removing my original and 3 months late on delivery on range and the fridge shot my ice all over the place but never in glass. I hate Samsung products and service. I even paid for the three year extended service which lasted only two years. They sold me a lemon of a range and never changed it. I was waiting for service more than I could ever use it to feed my family. Don't make a mistake and if you do remember this post!

Work so good

My Galaxy S8 has been working well for almost a year now. The accuracy of the picture is top-notch and has a fantastic gaming experience. I used other phone brands but none of them beats the Samsung Galaxy series to me.

Worst Support Ever! Next but will be an LG TV

I only buy Samsung TV's I've had one since 2008 and it last. All of my TV's are samsung except my sons tv is a LG. I love the picture and they last. Today I brought a new living room tv for size. Well guess what I can't log in because of two step verification. Samsung is more expensive than the other TV's and when I call support to assist with the two step verification because my number changed. I called twice, sent to every dept they had to get a voicemail. Then I chatted to go through two people. Then I received another number through chat. Called the number for the gentleman to ask me about making another account when my 4 other TV's are on this account already. Then he says it may take another day for them to change the number. Really Samsung do you guys live in the stone ages? Perhaps this is why apple is winning! Your support sucks!

I had returned the faulty handset and it been over 2 months I have been chasing them for my $1500 refund. They always give the same answer that they had sent an email to the back office and waiting for a reply. They say they can't call someone to find out wats happening neither they try to help. They put you on hold and feel like purposefully they are delaying my refund. Not sure what else to do I'm raising this concern with Consumer affairs but never buy from Samsung Australia directly. I feel these guys are crooks. Never ever buy from the SAMSUNG store online.
