I have just had the worst customer service and there technicians are terrible. If I were Samsung I would care how your loyal customers get treated and your ridiculous policies. After 11 year's Apple is looking better. They have sent me back my broken watch to have me ship it to them again. So now I am 2 weeks without a watch I am paying for. They will replace my brand new watch with a used one but that will take 2-3 weeks for me to get it, meanwhile I am still paying for a watch I don't have.
We just moved into a new place with a brand new Samsung dishwasher. It broke within 2 weeks, we had someone try to come fix it and the second time they stated they needed to order a part. Got a call about a week later stating that part is not available and we will be receiving a coupon to buy another dishwasher for the same value. However; they will not be picking up the old one or helping with install of the new one. Their product has actually COST me money and I don't see the point of getting another washer with them. They didn't offer any solution to our problem other then to give us a coupon for a new one. Poor customer service
Purchased a Samsung washer and dryer, June 2020. A little over 40 days after the warranty expired the heating element in the dryer stopped working. Now Samsung wants to charge from $300-500 to fix their worthless product. Shameful, absolutely shameful!
My recent experience with Samsung's customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare. After my four-month-old A54 smartphone malfunctioned during my trip to London, Samsung Singapore's handling of the situation was appalling. The lack of international warranty coverage left me stranded without a working phone, and their refusal to repair it even at my expense was infuriating.
The saga continued with the need to send the phone back to Singapore, incurring additional costs for postage and customs duties. The total downtime of 37 days was not only financially burdensome but also resulted in missed opportunities and essential tasks.
Samsung's (Singapore) indifferent responses, possibly automated, further highlighted their disregard for customer concerns. This experience serves as a cautionary tale, urging others to think twice before relying on Samsung's customer service, especially when facing issues abroad. Save yourself the trouble and choose a brand that values its customers.
I needed help with the 200.00 rebate and they got me something else I don't even want called them every week and now they won't give me my money back customer service sucks will never buy again want to get rid of my phone now.
I have been trying to get help from Samsung for 3 days. Most of that was spent on the phone. The representative got on my computer and phone downloaded software. He did not know what he was doing. I was then transferred to a specialist she did not do a y better. I then ask for a supervisor 5 time I asked dude out me on hold then the line was disconnected. Samsung never did help me. I ended up going to cricket store the manager used to work for Samsung and with in less than half hour dude fixed my S-8
In 2017 I bought a Samsung S8 Plus brand new that developed pixilated screen 9 months ago. I switched back to iPhone due to the issue with the screen. The Samsung was never dropped and was encased in a Otter box Commuter Case. I called Samsung support wanting to send off the S8 Plus to get screen replaced. I was very detailed saying it's 3 years old and out of warranty. Original quote to replace was $70.31 USD. Not only did I have a lemon Samsung phone broken but two weeks later since Samsung support received my phone they email me requesting additional $134.05 USD not the quote they have me making total repair $215.42. I cannot even sale the phone for that price. Garage service and lied about quote for repair. Very unprofessional I will never purchase a Samsung product again.
They have the worst customer service representatives. Sent a non working refrigerator. They kept on transferring to different departments just for asking the replacement of defective product. It is Samsung Bespoke model and they wanted us to live with it for 3 more weeks in non working condition.
This has been the worse customer service experience I have ever dealt with. Waited over a month for a phone to only receive it improperly packaged. Which resulted in the phone to come out of the inner box and be tossed around in shipping box along with the rest of the contents (charger, adapter, ear buds, ext.) Which all could cause damage to the phone itself. Spent 3 hours on the phone to only be told that I can return the device and then reorder it. Which would mean I would have to wait an additional 2 weeks to a month, and only be compensated a possible $25 off my next phone purchase. When the last representative told me that it is acceptable for Samsung to leave this experience the way it is and leave a customer extremely unhappy with the service and the outcome, I decided to return the device for a full refund and purchase a device else where that actually cares about the satisfactory of their customers
About three months ago, we bought a surround for our Samsung Frame TV, which was very poorly packaged and arrived shattered. Ordinarily with a reputable company, the matter would be quickly resolved with the refund or a replacement. Not so Samsung: they know every trick in the book to ensure that your requests and complaints go nowhere, that nothing happens and that you just continue to waste time trying to get the matter resolved. Endless telephone calls, calls never returned, promises broken, false and misleading information, calls transferred and put on endless hold, 'sympathetic' but but unhelpful advice... they have nonservice down to perfection. If you must buy their stuff, buy it through a reputable retailer who will honour the transaction but never, never from Samsung directly: if something goes wrong, you have done your money. There really should be negative stars: they don't deserve even one.
I have owned three Samsung tablets in three years and they are crap. First one would get hot, flicker and shut down. Replaced screen and processor -same thing. Second one stopped charging - went dead. Third one plugged in charger - stop working. No power at all. The CEO web site is a joke. I'm sorry we don't know you and can't help. Great service. Would have gotten attention if my battery had burnt up. No more Samsungs ever.
I purchased a Samsung wine cooler 11 months ago and am being told that the warranty starts from the date of manufacture and not the date of purchase. They will not sell me an extended warranty as the time period is up. It was all I could do to get them out to make the repair. Do not buy until you find out the date of manufacture. Your warranty window might be far less than you think.
I bought a Samsung microwave. It doesn't work and I have been in contact with customer service to try and resolve it for months. Currently on my 5th chat - they promise to send an email with instructions, I either never get an email or get one that tells me to bring it to a service centre 4 hours away. When I finally got them to send me to a local service centre, that repair shop has no record and says my ticket number is invalid. The worst quality and customer service ever. I will never buy another samsung appliance.
Customer service was really bad rude spend £1200 on phone within one month z fold screen racked from middle they a big line had iPhone for 17 years no problem would never buy samsung zfold or flip or any product
Ordered the 70" tv on 11/28. No indication of backorder multiple calls waiting in queue. No help speaking to anyone or website. No idea when it will ship. Today made me even angrier when I got email from samsung saying unwrap gifts for holidays plus free 2 day shipping. Clicked link found same tv and it said on website will ship in 1 to 3 days. Are you kidding. This is so deceptive to the consumer. They can't be doing this and keep getting away with these deceptive practices. If stuff is back ordered state it up front. We can order your products samsung from other stores... if you can't run a direct ship order center properly don't pretend to. So frustrated.
I recently bought a 4K T. V. through best buy via ebates.com and I was able to get my T. V. at under half price then I would have direct from Samsung but not only that, when I did have a repair issue ( which sometimes happens when you order online and it gets shipped to home) Samsung quickly sent a professional and friendly repair service over and replaced my screen free of charge. Every time I have called them with questions ( at all hours) they have responded professionally. People need to remember that a warranty is only good for what it says ( usually one year) and there are several places a person can get all their, or most, electronic items covered for one fee.
My Samsung Qled tv only lasted 18 months. Other people online are having the same issues and Samsung could care less. No one should spend 900€ on a tv that doesn't even last 2 years. I'll never buy another Samsung product as long as I live.
Samsung NZ customer service is a joke.
Not only can you not get through either by online chat (waited 30 minutes and still had no available representatives), or phone (there was silence on the line when I finally got through forcing me to hang up), but if you do waste 3 hours and finally talk to them, the promised follow-up never comes.
I have been waiting over a week and still nothing.
My issue is one shared by many S22 user, the persistent Secure Folder notifications that you cannot turn off. It is all over the online forums - it is a known issue, but they still haven't dealt with it.
I fear it is the end of Samsung as a prominent company in this space and I am looking to move to Apple, after being a loyal Samsung fan for 15 years.
Daughter ordered a new S21 phone using student discount and a second discount code which was available. Bought a case and screen protector from secondary seller (which arrived).
10 days later got a text message saying order for phone cancelled.
After phoning customer services, said was because used second discount that was clear and obvious. Still took them 10 days to notice and they do the discounts. Shocking treatment for a loyal customer. Looking at iPhone now.
Got offered £50 voucher code for compensation. Only to be used at samsung LIKE WE WILL AFTER THIS. (Says to me SORRY we messed up).
JOKE of a company
I'm a plumber installing a Samsung dishwasher for my customer that she bought for her home renovation. Well the kick plate didn't come with it. Her home was getting renovated so the Dishwasher sat in her hallway for a month. When I opened the box, there was no kick plate. Called Samsung and they refused to send me one, even with a receipt showing purchase. So now she has to spend $40 on a kick plate because Samsung screwed up. I even talked to a supervisor and they still refused to send me one. I will/she will never buy anything from you guys again. I know a lot of people & will share this experience with them. Absolutely ridiculous & unfair that she has to spend another $40 on top of the $400 she spent for the dishwasher. Absolutely ridiculous.
Answer: Yes it works you need an alexa device to hook it to your alexa tv they have to pair each other, download the alexa app...
Answer: I chose Samsung directly so that my phone was unlocked from cellphone carriers. Also, TD bank offers generous credit limits, and Samsung offers several payment options. Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
Answer: Good luck on your problem. I haven't had any luck with my 8 month problem with them
Answer: They are out of the country and could not care less about customer service
Answer: Yes! You never get what you ordered from them!
Answer: This Samsung fridge was purchased at a local Lowes store. Lowes would not help me in any way with getting service when the fridge stopped working.
