While awaiting for my promo code and over 30 hours later, multiple chats and phone calls my product became unavailable. And then promo code came. After the fact 3 hang ups on chat and phone. I don't know how they hire their customer reps but I am disgusted with their negative attitude. I don't care about Samsung anymore. This is a direct representation of the company's head. No more Samsung for me or my family and believe me carma hits hard.
I used to be an avid Samsung promoter and now I am going to return everything I have of theirs... when I bought a new TV and sound bar I had problems immediately and should have returned it right away... they are now leaving me with a system that never stays working so I am going to return it. I tried for months to get it working with their tech support and never stayed working... seems they are not going to assist in getting the problem solved... I will not be buying anymore Samsung... don't waste your time or money...
I bought my side by side door Samsung 2yrs ago its been problems after problems and no one can fix am frustrated with this company making this garbage selling for so much money that don't work hope am not the only person stuck with this piece of trash
I bought a gear g2 watch in the end of February 2018 from At&t. The watch burned me in March 2018 I contacted Samsung they repaired and returned. It only some what worked after first week it began to burn me again. I contact Samsung they want to give me 200 for watch or repair and return same watch! Either way I still have burn mark on my arm and still have to pay contract thur At&t.
I own a mobile device note edge. My phone takes about a minute to turn on. I know this is not as frustrating as many of the people here, but after a year of trying to get help I give up. Sumsung might be leader in technology and number 1 in sales, but I know that will change with the products they are putting out to the public. My brother owns every Samsung appliance and they all have issues. Only thing I was interested in was the TV. After reading reviews here never mind. Time to move on.
Paid $400 to have my ice maker repaired and it has not been fixed. Countless phone calls and service visits and it still does not work and now they are refusing to refund our $400 for a repair that never fixed the problem. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'll never buy Samsung again.
Your product are a huge disappointment as your services! Had there been some negative rating, i would rate it -ve to infinity! Product gets out of order as soon as the warranty expires. Customer service is very slow and service providers are rude! Huge disappointment. I will recommend to use any other product except Samsung
Face recognition is useless and even the finger print unlocking take over one second to unlock the phone.
That is still bearable to be honest given the cheap price but why shove useless apps and make me uninstall them again and again after every OS update? You are making money from app providers but do you realise you have convinced me not to buy a Samsung phone due to this greed of your. You are just making people's life difficult by pushing these useless apps on your phone.
No wonder your market share is going down.

I am writing this review of samsung to warn others to stay away, because their bloatware isn't just bloatware, wasting space, memory and battery.
Yes, battery because they will run. And they will reassert themselves as standard app every so often. To gather data about you, and spam you with other useless stuff.
None of their tactics benefit me as user, they are all to fill their coffers with money, at whatever cost and annoyances to you.
Samsung is USUALLY my phone if choice. But this Samsung 8 SUCKS! I charge it 4 or 5 times a day and its still ALWAYS under 25% most of the day. It dies on me at least 2 times a day. And it gets so extremely hot you can't even touch it. It actually caused damage to my debit card that was in my wallet case! I've only had it a few weeks and I already can't wait to get a new phone. Shame on you Samsung you just lost a very loyal customer. Fix your crap BEFORE you put a 400.00 phone on the market!

We did not accept the new range delivered on 10/07/22, because the range door was broken in shipping. The shippers took it back. I was supposed to receive a replacement range on 10/13/22, but the shipper only had an order to 'pickup' my nonfunctioning range. I just spent 1 hour 10 minutes trying to get a replacement range or a refund. What I got - disconnected, transferred, put on hold, another disconnect, put on hold, transferred yet again, put on hold, and 3 surveys. How can a company this large be so incompetent?
PS The icemaker on our Samsung fridge has frozen up and been repaired/replaced 3 times already.
Hi, I am malinda from sri lanka. I bought a samsung tablet on december 2020. I used it with very due care. It has never dropped or there is no even a single scratch. I used it with such due care. But very recently I noticed its screen has partially come off. It was turned off then and I tried to turn on but it didn't. I handed it over to Samsung service center and after few days they informed that some internal parts also need to be replaced ( which would not happen if the screen had not come off in the first place. Consequently I had to bear all the cost since warranty is over ( 1 year and 10 months). This is clearly manufacturing defect because i don't think tab would design its screen to come off after 1 year and 10 months when it is used in normal condition with due care. I urged them to investigate the causes. But they concealed under warranty terms.
A Good Smart Friend as Samsung Smartphone, really helped me in all my online work and writings. It's been 5 years now and would love to continue this relationship for more 5 years to come. What a great system from look and features. It's a value for money and best for a mobile shopper. I like all the inbuilt features of the phone.

I bought 2 phones online from Samsung. They said they sent it to Fedex for shipping 2 weeks ago. But Fedex is claiming that they have never received it from Samsung. Anyway my package is missing and nobody is taking responsibility. They are just blaming each other. I had to cancel the order and waiting for the refund. Hopefully I will get it. I will never ever buy anything from Samsung and won't recommend to anyone.
I order a wireless charger from Samsung and because fedex states it was delivered and I never received it they are making me do all types of things to show I didn't receive the order! As a customer i Think this is crazy that I have to go to a police station and use more of my time for something I never received! I will never order something from Samsung again! This experience was the worst!
It is really a nice work experience with Kliento Technologies, good infrastructure, great management and no blame-game policy. The management is supportive and motivates you to bring the best foot forward. The seniors are experts in their field and are always there to help you. On the Hr front, there are varying employee engagement activities helping you in stress relieving and enjoying work. It is really a nice experience so far and I am definitely looking for a long career with the company.

My phone went black after 4 months of owning it. I sent it to Samsung Cuz it was still under warranty. I received an email stating I needed to pay $377.76 to repair it. The LCD screen stopped working (no $#*!!) and this isn't covered in their warranty since "its such an expensive fix". Samsung is a multimillion dollar company and they can't stand behind products! I find this to be insulting to the consumers of the world! I will be taking this case to my attorney ( i took photos before sending my phone in and theres NO physical damage, but sumsung claims there is) and will NEVER again spend a single dime on any Samsung products again! Let's keep the rich people rich by taking advantage of the working class!
I consider Samsung to be one of the oldest and most successful brands ever. We bought a Samsung Washers recently and it was a really energy-efficient, long life of the device, several price points. Also, let me tell you some bad stuff about Samsung and that's a really short return period and some items may be costly.
Samsung refrigerator Model RF263BEAESG is a real piece of junk. We have had the repair man here 3 times to fix ice maker. Keeps freezing up. Replaced cracked box... then came back and replaced whole unit... still freezing up. Repair man says nothing they can do now, its a manufactures problem. We took extended warranty, hope to get some of it back so I can buy a new refrigerator.
I was suppose to receive a FREE Gear VR with a purchase of a Samsung phone. Waited the 4-6 weeks and now I am going on my 8th week. Have not received product in the mail. I called the customer service line and waited a long time. Finally someone told me the only thing they can do is send an email to the people who deal with these situations. Are they even real people?! I'm never buying another Samsung product in my life.
