Extremely inconvenient for customers! The one on North Ave. They have appointments for wig install but u can't make an appointment until you have purchased the wig. They didn't have another appointment for 35mins and I couldn't book because I didn't have the wig in hand. Mind you they accept wigs from their store and outside wigs. Stupid policy and extremely inconvenient! DAN the manager then comes back and says oh she is taking her lunch so now you're going to have to wait an hour for her to do your wig install when originally is was 3:35pm for the next appointment and I came back up to the register for 3:20pm. So here is an employee who takes her lunch whenever they don't have it on schedule. They need to fire him and promote Diana because she knows how to talk to customers and how to make it work.
Stay away from this website! I've ordered black color and they sent me blond ombre wigs and refused to return or exchange! Now im stuck with blond wigs which i cant wear! Absolutely insane! This is literally robbery!
Return policy super bad, do not stand behind return policy. I would not purchase from this website. Buyer beware, if it's issues with you wigs. You going be giving the run around, after that take fees for restocking item, that all you doing is placing back on the shelf.
I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered a closure with 2 bundles only to receive 3 closures. I returned the incorrect items back to them and had to wait two weeks before they could tell me they didn't have what I ordered in stock. They wouldn't even accommodate my inconvenience due to their mistake. I will not be ordering anything else from them. Ever!
I use to order from them all the time. Until I got no correspondence about my order after multiple attempts. Then when I get PayPal involved Sam's Beauty got passed off and said I can no longer order from them due to a charge off!? What charge off but that was just an excuse to try to black ball me. I never thought in a million years Sam's Beauty would react like that but they did. And I definitely don't recommend them at all!
After the post office losing an order i placed with Sams Beauty i disputed the charged and was issued a refund by PayPal. I tried to go back an order another item a month later and received an email saying my account has been banned because i disputed and order and was issued a refund. What was i supposed to do? Just let them keep my money and get no merchandise? I was a customer for years that had plenty successful orders in the past. Not a good way to treat loyal customers! I happily shop with Wigtypes now!
They never refunded my money for an order that I returned nor did they respond to emails regarding my order after initially approving the return. However UPS tracking says they signed and received my return. I am out of $400 and have nothing to show for it. I would strongly advise NOT using their site, unless you have money to burn.
This company should be shut down. Worst customer service ever, and they will make you jump through hoops for a "verification process" if you use a card to pay instead of paypal. I have never experienced this at literally any other online "business" before in my life. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
They gave her a title and she ran with it. She's not willing to work with people she has the attitude. Will she don't want the company to make money? I see tons of people that I used to know order from this company and tell me. They'd rather take they money elsewhere just like. I'm gonna do maybe she doesn't understand there have websites all over the place that sells hair. But if you want this company to go down in flames keep the management that you have this is over. A order that would not be shipped back out to me because she felt that it wasn't necessary. This was caused by the company but yet instead she thought she was gonna. Make me pay for it another thought coming refund my money
Hair pieces were ordered on 10/6/2022. On 10/20/2022 I sent Sams Beauty an email requesting status. I was told to check with USPS; once the product is shipped and it gets loss it is on the customer not the company. The customer must track down the package and if it is deemed to be loss they will refund or give you a credit. Customer beware! Do not purchase ANYTHING from this company.

I ordered some hair in #2 color. They changed my order, sent wrong color. I tried to return and they erased my order history. I'll never order from them again, and advise others not to order from them.
I made a purchase on January 19,2023. I never received an order confirmation email nor a tracking number for this purchase. On February 2, I called and spoke to Yasmine. She stated the order was marked delivered on January 24th. I work from home and I am at home all day to receive any package. I reviewed my home cameras and no packaged from UPS was delivered to me or any of my neighbors on January 24th. I relayed that I was never sent an email highlighting my purchase or any shipping information and that I only receive an email from pay pal for the charge for the purchase. I relayed this to the company and was told that it is not their problem by Yasmine.
I recently had to return a wig because the wig was defective there was no way to tighten the wig on my head, I filled out their return request form, the reply I received regarding my return was denied reason give was that I had tried the wig on. I had to try it on with a wig cap. I will never order anything from SamB. Thanks
Yasmine was the individual I spoke with and she talked over me the entire time. The warehouse lost my order and wanted to penalize me for them screwing up on their end and not once took accountability, instead Yasmine was rude. She told me that me that situation doesn't matter. She told me that she doesn't have a supervisor, she doesn't have a manager and she is the only person that customers can communicate and work with. Such a nasty individual who lack common sense and doesn't give a damn about customers; the ones who's keeping their business up and running.
A lot of complaints but I have none. So far everything I ordered has come quick and like wigs look like pic. Only complaint I would have is my fav wig now don't come in the lighter shades. And I can't find the first one I liked best. But other than that I haven't had to contact customer support or return nothing. Been ordering 2 years and spent about 1000 and I don't buy any wig over 70 bucks. So lots of orders!
I was a bit skeptical about ordering from Sams Beauty because of this site and people reporting that they lost A LOT of coin because they trusted this site. However, I gave Sams Beauty the benefit of the doubt and ordered 6 products on 9/20 and received them today which was really early. At first I thought I would be missing an item because the other reviews but all my items were there. If you choose to purchase be prepared to either be satisfied or unsatisfied. There's some people like me who get their products while others lose money. I love my items so far though. Thanks and Good Luck!
Pineapple wave hair is horrible constant tangles and shedding try to post in their website but they will not post it! The picture I posted is just from me passing my fingers through the hair tons more on my bathroom sink.
I ordered 10 items from samsbeauty. Six bundles, a wig, and some hair accessories. I put my order in on Saturday and my items shipped on Monday. They arrived at my door today which is Wednesday. I used regular standard shipping so I was surprised they arrived so fast. I do recommend using pay pal when you order from this site though because my account had random neiman marcus orders a few hours after ordering from samsbeauty. My bank resolved it quickly though. Apparently scammers frequently hack samsbeauty to get credit card info so use pay pal only. I was a little scared after I ordered because didn't see they had such awful reviews until after I had ordered but I'm glad I had a great experience with them I will be ordering again but pay pal only this time.
In the past I have had no problems with samsbeauty, but on Dec. 2 2015 that all changed, to date I'm still waiting for this package or feedback from samsbeauty, the customer service needs slot of help.
A ridiculous joke... The most inept group that disguises themselves as customer service. Fraudulent charges for shipping with no intention of delivering as advertised. In my opinion stay far away from this one!
