I placed an order with them and found the same wig at a local beauty supply. I cancelled my order with Sam's and my card was refunded immediately ( no wait). That is good customer service. I will definitely do business with Sam's Beauty Supply in the future.

Buyer Beware...

I wouldn't buy dog food from this company! Is it based in China? 2 weeks and my order still has not arrived. They didn't even bother to answer my email inquiry. Please don't give me the Covid-19 shipping delay story, I ordered something from eBay 5 days later and it is now hanging in my closet.

I have been waiting for over a MONTH to resolve this. Whoever picked the order put the wrong wig color in the packaging for the color that I ordered. I sent them a picture (several, in fact), and the same day they sent a return code they denied the return because they say I got what I had ordered. I DID NOT. Now I have a wig I cannot wear because the color makes me look like Bozo the clown. NEVER again will I order from these people, and you shouldn't either.

My ffirst time ordering. I ordered 3/27/2020. I live in Cleveland ohio and my items got to me 3/30/2020 that monday. I am very pleased and will be doing more business with you guys. Tje only thing I'm I'm irritated about is my order was over 40 dollars and they didn't charge me 1.99 for shipping as they stated. They charged me 3.99. Other than that, I have NO complaints! Thank you Sam's Beauty!

So tell me how I'm home all day waiting for this package only for it to say delivered in mailbox go downstairs and there is nothing. This is at 3:09 package says delivered 3:07... message customer service no response yet. So Sam's not sending packages or USPS workers are stealing something is wrong

They are scammers!

Do not order from this website no matter how cheap it is. I did not received my package that was $17.50 and when I called them asking them where my package was at they said that they had to return it because of a insignificant Address (when usually at my apt you can just drop it off at the front desk when it doesn't have a apt # on it) they charged me a 10% stocking fee and a return fee to return it back. I never got an email call nothing! I didn't authorize this return so y'all need to pay for it. Then I asked for them to just send it back and they were like it's going to be $14! That's more than the product itself. I'm so through with this company they seriously need some help. They gave me $5.92 back and that's it. Ridiculous

I have been a long time customer of Sams beauty and have had no problems until my last order in August 2019. I ordered two wigs totaling $56.09. Sams beauty duplicated the order and also duplicated the charge. In other words, they sent me two of the same order and charged me twice. When I called customer service, Jerica told me I would be able to get my full refund back but I would have pay the return charge, which in my mind, they should have return labels. So I kept the order of the first box but I sent the second box back. I did not open the second box because I knew it was the same as the first box. Then about 7 days or so later, I noticed a refund of $30. I called and Josephine in customer service said something about one of the wigs, l didn't understand what she was saying, but I finally picked up that she was saying the box was opened and something happened with one of the wigs which was totally untrue since I never opened the box!, she said that I had been charged with a 30% restocking fee. I asked for a manager which the manager tried to explain about the restocking fee. I told her that did not apply to me. She said that the return department are the ones to handle returns. I asked for a manager in the return department and she told me they didn't have a manager over there!? She then told me it did not matter if the box was opened or not, I would still be charged a restocking fee. I don't think that's right. It was not my error that the same order was processed twice! That was not my fault, so in a case like this, I should have been given a full refund! And why did Josephine lie and say something about one of the wigs when the box was never opened? You can't trust this company! Sams beauty needs to relook their policy and train their employees not to lie! I will NEVER order from Sams beauty again! And if this company keeps these kind of practices, they will not survive! As the Bible says, you reap what you sow!

I had a great experience with them, in finding some hard to find, extensions for my hair. I was skeptical due to the negative reviews but their customer service was top notch and friendly. I was able to confirm the availability of the product over the phone than order the hair and it was shipped the following day by priority mail and I received it in two days. I loved the fact that I got free fast shipping and they were so straight forward about processing times and when my items will ship out. The hair arrived in brand new condition and just in time for my event.

Skeptical?

The first time I made a purchase with Sam's beauty it was earlier this year. I didnt have a problem with the ordering process and my wig came in a few days. However, the wig was extremely big and didn't fit my head. But the frontal was really nice and it looked so natural. Now, my second purchase which was 8/2/2019 and currently I'm still waiting on a tracking number. I did call customer service and the representative told me that they were sold out on the hair color I wanted. However, they had it in a different color(which was ok with me). She then apologized and told me that I would receive my tracking number today. 8/7/2019. The website should of displayed that they were out of stock in that particular color, instead of allowing customers to still purchase. I will come back and give an update once I receive my order.
