I thought it was just me that had a horrible experience with this company being rude not returning calls etc; I am big on good customer service and I didn't receive it here no more purchases for me. Buy at your own risk. If I could give a zero for review I would!
I found this site online after searching for a certain style hair that I really really wanted. Then I got very nervous because they had a bunch of awful reviews. After reading the complaints I realized their problem may not be mines (ie the payments type, past issues, problem with order etc.) So I gave it a chance. The color I requested was not available a rep left me a message and I called back, she actually helped more than she knew because I chose the wrong color scheme to begin with! I rec'd my hair a few days later and I was ecstatic. My hair was perfect and I got the hair in time for my daughters special day as well! I will definitely be ordering again.
For all of you who have had bad experiences ordering Hair products/Extensions, etc. from poor service hair sites... I recommend Samsbeauty.com! They have great customer service, someone will always get back to you if you have any questions or if there is anything wrong with with your order!(like a normal company should)
Horrible service and horrendous customer service. My box was shipped with missing items and their reply was "our system is 100% accurate so there's no way it is missing". This was not the first time I am ordering but it will definitively be my last. These are items I paid for and did not receive but they did not care. That's the definition of stealing. Sam's Beauty stole my money and if you value your money, stay away.
I purchased from this company wanted to make a small change in my order. I called and called no answer. The phone was picked up several times after the first few tries and then hung up. How fast they are to take your money but don't care about customer Service. I don't recommend them spend your money elsewhere
I was leery of buying anything from Sam's after reading all the bad reviews, but their prices were so reasonable and the selection so good, I took the chance. They offered $4.99 flat-rate shipping and the wig I purchased was $10 less than similar wigs at my local beauty supply store.
I made my purchase on a Monday and received it on Friday, it was exactly as pictured. It looks good, not great (but that's the chance you take buying wigs online.) I had no problem with Sam's Beauty and will purchase from them again.
I had a great experience with them, in finding some hard to find, extensions for my hair. I was skeptical due to the negative reviews but their customer service was top notch and friendly. I was able to confirm the availability of the product over the phone than order the hair and it was shipped the following day by priority mail and I received it in two days. I loved the fact that I got free fast shipping and they were so straight forward about processing times and when my items will ship out. The hair arrived in brand new condition and just in time for my event.
I ordered a bunch of items from them. Almost 2 weeks later, the order status still says it's processing. I had to leave a comment on their instagram page to find out what was going on. I then got an email stating that one of the items I ordered was out of stock. How can they sell something they know they don't have in stock? I got another email saying they would remove that 1 item from my order and refund me the money for that item. The other items were supposed to ship. Still no tracking number since then. This is a horrible site with even worse customer service. I've been sending emails and reaching out to them on instagram. Still nothing. I want my REFUND!
Joyin, We do apologize for any inconvenience, we do allow ourselves 7 processing days for any standard shipping order with the average order shipping within 1-4 business days. Our processing time does not include the weekend. Our policy does state some items may not be available for immediate shipping also some item's may become unavailable during processing for reasons such as we may have had only 1 in our inventory but that item may have been damaged in some way. We would not send a damaged item knowingly to you at that time we would contact you. We do reply to all emails, Facebook and Instagram messages daily. We would have definitely processed the refund for any unavailable item's. We do carry over a thousand different item's and try our best to keep up with the inventory as best we can. This company is being reported to Illinois Consumer Affairs and Attorney General. They are refusing to refund my money for an item that they received back from me, with tracking, which is fraud. If you are having an issue with them I suggest you do the same.

I will never ever ever ever buy anything from this site again! Customer service is rude! I asked for a refund because my shipment never arrived, I kept asking questions like why can't I just cancel it, do you have notes, can't you see I talked to several people? They said they can't help me cause I'm asking too many questions! This was a so called manager I was speaking with as well.
We apologize if you feel inconvenienced. Our staff would never refuse to assist you in regards to a lost package. In your case we needed to wait the time frame of 1-7 days for the shipping carrier. Once the time frame has passed you were refunded for the full amount of your order. Again we apologize on USPS behalf for the lost package.
I ordered some O! Studio HD Flawless concealer in March of 2022 and after 4 weeks I did not get the items. I don't live far from the Melrose Park, Illinois facility. I contacted customer service and they stated I would have to file a compliant with the shipper. I contacted USPS ( United States Postal Service) who said the tracking number I gave them was not correct. I contacted Sam's again and was told there was nothing they could do. They sent the package. I waited another week and still no package. I then contacted PayPal who promptly refunded my money. Then I got a notice from Sam's that I could no longer shop with them because of a charge back... I was within my rights to request a refund on goods that I never received. I have been ordering from them since 2016. You lost a loyal customer, I will gladly spend my dollars else where.

I can't imagine ordering from this company for a second time, and having to wait almost a week this coming Tuesday. And I've wrote them, emailed them, and called them (no answer), and at one time I thought they were an okay company until now.
Now I'm going to call my bank to open a dispute to get my $136 back because there playing with the wrong one. I don't do business like this and they need to be stopped, and as well closed down from doing no good business. How sad but there get what's coming to them, because God don't like ugly.
How sad- don't order anything from this company if your spending over $50 dollars, because this has been the first time I've ever experienced this from this company and I've ordered from them before. Really makes me mad that there do something like this to someone who makes a honest living, and they want to steal from hard working ppl. So so so sad... BEWARE
I ordered from this company almost two weeks ago and still haven't received anything! I had the post office investigate the tracking label and the post office determined they only generated a shipping label but no shipment was ever picked up! Worse customer service, the yell and hang up on you! None of their reviews on their website reflect actual customers experience with this company.
I ordered 3 different types of crochet hair, a total of about 7 packs totally about $57. I received my package in a reasonable amount of time but the colors were nothing like I ordered, 27 and red. I was told I have 14 days to send it back for a refund but I had to pay $13 to send it back plus a 20% processing fee. I just sent it off today so I'll be expecting my money in a couple of weeks.
I was a bit nervous at nervous to order hair online. But, SamsBeauty prices are fantastic. Needless to say I ordered my lace fronts & was completely satisfied with them. They came within 3 to 4 days which was great. I would completely recommend SamsBeauty to anyone. My only con is. Customer service could be more friendly!

I was a bit skeptical ordering seeing all the negative reviews, but ordered anyways due to desperation of needing a cute wig for my birthday event. I was at ease seeing it shipped in a little over a day, and continuously checked the usps app to see when it was coming in.
ITS STILL IN ILLINOIS. It has been days and it has not moved from the illinois post office. I updated it and now my delivery date it tomorrow, but seeing how far i live that's simply unreasonable. I'm extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with my experience. I don't have my merchandise and they took my money! I've never had usps state "acceptance pending" until this package. Please go to a local beauty store, and simply don't order from Sams Beauty. It's not worth the risk, and certainly not worth the loss of money.

I absolutely love my hair I love the texture of the hair the color is so vibrant. I can honestly say people asking where did I got it from I told them Samsbeauty.com I receive the product in a timely manner and in good condition.

Don't trust this company. Girl stole my credit card information when I called to order over the phone due to problems online. Used my credit card to make purchases at walmart, lane bryant, and children's place. Ghetto f**ks.

Also if the card was not operational on our website I don't think anyone would be inclined to steal credit card information for a non functioning card at the time.
