I have had terrible experiences with this company. Things coming to me without all of my merchandise in the box. Taking money for items they don't have in stock. They start off good but you cannot count on them doing good long term business. Stay away!
I followed the rules that Samsbeauty has in place for lost packages to NO AVAIL. They never refunded me or contacted me about my purchase. I had to escalate my dispute via PayPal. So here we are 45+ days later just receiving closure because of PayPal. Buyer coverage. I warn all to beware of purchasing from a company like this. They will keep your money and ignore you because CLEARLY they are not forced to be accountable. Awful company... buy elsewhere.
I received a wig with a bald spot & the wrong colored wig caps. After sending pics they continued to deny my claim. I will not be purchasing from this company ever again. They are horrible, unprofessional, and will send defective products. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!
So tell me how I'm home all day waiting for this package only for it to say delivered in mailbox go downstairs and there is nothing. This is at 3:09 package says delivered 3:07... message customer service no response yet. So Sam's not sending packages or USPS workers are stealing something is wrong
I only shop with Sams they're my go to for hair care. But this just took me for a loop. This as is policy. But then you got the 110% guarantee. NOT! So I got this wig for new years. So upset cause it got here just in time but it smelled so bad. OMG like real bad so I washed it as directed thanking ok. So it dries but it doesn't go back to the original look its a hot mess. In not a hair dresser so imagine my frustration. This wig is a hot mess and I have no do for the new year. Then to get rude customer service and a email response of an oh well nature. In just disappointed. I
I usually use other hair sites bc I get my items within 1-2 days of order since they ship the same day. Decided to use Sam's bc the shipping was cheaper at the moment. $4.99 vs $8.99. Had I know shipping takes about 5 days, I would have just paid the extra $4 on my usual site. Other than that, no complaints.

I order from Sam's all the time never had any major issues until my recent order. I placed an order on their website on 3/17. I expected it to ship out by Friday, maybe Saturday at the latest. They usually have a good turn-around time. Well, I reached out to them Monday when I saw the status had not changed. I was advised by them it can take 1-4 business days well it has been 5 business days and 7 regular days! I am not sure why it is taking so long but I am not happy about it and now I feel I would need to pay more for shipping just to receive it. It will probably be 2 weeks or more before I receive my order. I have never had to wait this long
It's sad I am a minimum wage worker and sam's beauty has completely did me wrong I will never give them another penny of my money I am ordering from glamourtress from now on. I order my items on March 3 2021 and it's March 12th and I have not heard anything or seen my tracking be updated am done and so is sam's beauty. Never ever ever ever ever again I work too hard for my money.
I was a bit skeptical about ordering from Sams Beauty because of this site and people reporting that they lost A LOT of coin because they trusted this site. However, I gave Sams Beauty the benefit of the doubt and ordered 6 products on 9/20 and received them today which was really early. At first I thought I would be missing an item because the other reviews but all my items were there. If you choose to purchase be prepared to either be satisfied or unsatisfied. There's some people like me who get their products while others lose money. I love my items so far though. Thanks and Good Luck!

I've ordered from SamsBeauty twice in the last month or so, and have had no issues. I live in Toronto, Canada and was quite hesitant and anxious about ordering from the states given that I most likely would not return defective or wrong orders due to the cost. I'm happy to say that I was not disappointed. Thanks to the SB team. I appreciate the service... so far. Let's hope they continue to deliver.

I've been ordering from Samsbeauty.com for 2 years now I would say more than 15 times. Every time my shipment has been in within 2-3 days. I never had a problem with this company and would recommend it to anyone!
I have ordered with them and I received my package without any issues. Prices are very good. It would save me to order from them with 4.99 shipping rather than going to local beauty supply/gas. Some items were 1-3 dollars less on the site. I don't like the fact that they do not have a secure checkout https vs http if not using Paypal. So I give 4 stars for that. I will only order again when using Paypal.
Samsbeauty once again came thru like the Retail Warriors that they are! I have placed another order - testing out their true commitment to customer service and they absolutely delivered; on point - within 3-5 days of placing my second order - so Samsbeauty just doesn't deliver exceptional customer service to first time customers - exceptional customer service is what they stand for; its their brand!- Thank you Samsbeauty - continue to show your competitors how business should be done!

I don't mean to sound like a cliche, but take some of the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I'm also aware that sometimes competitors leave negative reviews for obvious reasons. Sure I read the reviews before ordering. It didn't deter me. I'm really glad they don't accept returns on open wigs. Would you honestly want a wig that's been on someone's dirty head? I don't. I've ordered from Sam's a few times, the shipping is speedy and I received everything I've ordered. Don't forget to read the return policy to be sure it's something you can live with. I truly don't find it that unreasonable. Also keep in mind, they are not mega billion dollar amazon where you can return things for any reason for free. They cannot have a liberal return policy and continue to offer the lowest prices. They'd be out of business in no time.

We ordered makeup bag with vanity light almost a month now and have not received them, after sending them message which they said they will ship it we are still waiting.it was meant for christmas gift and is passed. Dont buy from them i repeat
I did not receive the merchandise I ordered. I emailed customer service, no response. The 800 number just made a buzzing sound when I called, now there's a recording that say "the number is out of service". They send out new email almost everyday so DO NOT place an order. I'm going to try and get my money back through my bank, not sure if I can it's been almost 3 months since I placed my order.
Please stay away from Sams Beauty supply! 1 They send defective items and refuse to give a refund. They ask for a picture of the item just so they can say it is not their fault and nothing is wrong with the item. I asked for a manager and she was talking over me with a nasty attitude. I have been ordering for years from them and I deserved to be treated better than that. It's sad to say, but sometimes your own race will give you a harder time and make things so difficult. Sams have lost a very good customer because I will never order from them again.
I usually read and take into consideration reviews written by consumers for most of my online purchases prior to ordering an item. Aside from maybe grocery shopping, all other shopping for me is done online. In this case, I am so glad I didn't read the reviews prior to making my purchases from this online store. I have made two separate orders within less than a month and have been very happy with the items received and the length of time taken to have them shipped. As a matter of fact, I am planning to place another order very soon.
