NEVER BUY IT

So I recently bought some false eyelashes from the place, looked good so I tried them on. Never and I say NEVER buy them. THey don't even stay on, MOST IF THE LASHES FALL ON JUST WHEN I USED THEM!

I have been a long time customer of Sams beauty and have had no problems until my last order in August 2019. I ordered two wigs totaling $56.09. Sams beauty duplicated the order and also duplicated the charge. In other words, they sent me two of the same order and charged me twice. When I called customer service, Jerica told me I would be able to get my full refund back but I would have pay the return charge, which in my mind, they should have return labels. So I kept the order of the first box but I sent the second box back. I did not open the second box because I knew it was the same as the first box. Then about 7 days or so later, I noticed a refund of $30. I called and Josephine in customer service said something about one of the wigs, l didn't understand what she was saying, but I finally picked up that she was saying the box was opened and something happened with one of the wigs which was totally untrue since I never opened the box!, she said that I had been charged with a 30% restocking fee. I asked for a manager which the manager tried to explain about the restocking fee. I told her that did not apply to me. She said that the return department are the ones to handle returns. I asked for a manager in the return department and she told me they didn't have a manager over there!? She then told me it did not matter if the box was opened or not, I would still be charged a restocking fee. I don't think that's right. It was not my error that the same order was processed twice! That was not my fault, so in a case like this, I should have been given a full refund! And why did Josephine lie and say something about one of the wigs when the box was never opened? You can't trust this company! Sams beauty needs to relook their policy and train their employees not to lie! I will NEVER order from Sams beauty again! And if this company keeps these kind of practices, they will not survive! As the Bible says, you reap what you sow!

Package never delivered!

WAS SUPPOSE TO RECIEVE PACKAGE ON 1-22-2018. STILL HAVE RECIEVED ITEMS! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE. WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME, WITH THIS COMPANY! NO HELP AT ALL!

Will never order from Samsbeauty

I sent an email to Samsbeauty customer service dept asking what is the color on the MODEL. (Harlem 125 SHANGHAI BRAID) I RECEIVED an email from Samsbeauty support that the color is GD406. The same day I received this email, I forwarded it to Tammy (manager) on 8/12/16. Spoke with representative on 8/15/16 & was told the process will take 2-3 business days & I ask why cant I received a return label in the meantime time since I have been inconvenienced & was told I had to wait for the 3 day process. I said this is unfair to me & Tammy takes the call.

Tammy said she reviewed my email & it does NOT say GD406. I said per the PACKAGE the model is wearing TP4/27, your customer service gave me the wrong color. She said they do not have a TP4/27. (this color is on their website) She said the customer service did not give me the wrong color code and I can do a regular return and hung up on me.

I was not going to be compensated for the return.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Where is my refund for an order number **************790 for $35.93 and my apology from your uncaring staff. I placed an order 9/6/2017 and never received this order, it was around the time of the Hurricane in Texas, never got this package, 1st contact Samsbeauty and then I contact the UPSP services and file a lost/ stolen report, call back Samsbeauty and gave them this information. SamsBeauty sent me an email stating the package was delivered and what would i like them to do? I am a senior on a fixed income and this was my first order with this company and last, I have posted in my church for others senior not to purchase from this site, due to the fact they could care less about you getting your product, I did not wanted the money back, I only wanted the product i order, but since they are so unprofessional and unconcern about consumer i no longer want the product to advertise their business to anyone. I will file a complaint against this company with the better business when I complete this form, its wrong to treat people in such a manner. WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? HAD I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING I WOULD HAVE NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, I HAVE SENIORS FOUND ANOTHER HAIR PLACE TO SHOP, ITS HAIR TO BEAUTY. COM.
