I never bought hair online but I couldn't find this one particular crochet hair, so I decided to give them a try! Worst mistake EVER... Customers service is horrible, everyone I spoke to even the manager Tammy was rude and unprofessional. Took my items 8 business days to ship and it wasn't on back order. Every day I called I was told it would ship that day. Never received an email confirmation until I requested to speak to a manger I will NEVER repeat NEVER order from them again
Overall great experience, paid with PayPal(I would recommend for any online purchases), ordered on a Friday 5/7/2021, picked up my package from my local USPS location on Wednesday 5/12/2021, so basically 2 business days which is amazing for the free shipping.
Where I live the USPS can't deliver packages, they leave a pickup request instead, when I know I'm getting a package I go to the usps website and put a hold mail request on my address and they hold all mail to the date you choice, so once it says it's delivered to your local post office, just go pick it up, in my case I picked my package up a day before my estimated delivery date.
This is my personal experience, this doesn't speak for other people's experiences, I approached this site with caution because of bad reviews but nothing bad happened thankfully. I order online all the time, so I know how to safe gaurd myself.
I tried on the Model Model Darline wig in a local store and really liked it. The curls were bouncy and tight. However in the store did not have the color I wanted. So I took a picture of the package and I checked on online and found it on http://www.samsbeauty.com/index.beauty. Ordered the wig and was very excited to see and wear it. However what I received was a matted and puffy wig. It was clear the wig had been worn or used as display. I immediately called sams beauty and got voicemail. So I sent them an email and they replied asking for pictures. I sent several pictures from different angles showing the wigs was fuzzy and had been cut as well. They refused to accept the return of the wig. I very disappointed and feel cheated by this company. I will NEVER buy from the again as they are very dishonest sending out used wigs. That I am now stuck with. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Worst company policy ever! Before placing my order I actually called the customer service line. Considering it's a $200 order I wanted to make sure I received the package so I need a request signature confirmation delivery. Was told it would be between $7-$14 additional. No problem. Placed the order ground shipping & called customer service who informed me it's not $7-$14 dollars it's $21 because I need to also pay shipping on a $200 order. (Orders over $60 is usually free shipping but I no longer qualify for that due to signature request) When I questioned the manager why the quote change I receive the most ridiculous response. "Ma'am we do not like to quote over the phone rates however since you FORCED the representative yesterday to quote shipping cost this is why it's inaccurate." WHAT!? Totally confused. I told her I have no problem paying $14 but I refuse to pay an additional $7 for shipping that I'm entitled to. Would not wave shipping fee. So they just lost a $200 sale behind $7. I'm all for supporting local businesses. I'm all for supporting black businesses. However when will they support us? Totally disappointed with Sams beauty and looks like I'm ordering from a different company from now on.
I have been ordering from them for years now I stay in Hammond Indiana when I place order 3 days later my wigs r here their quick in their wigs r better than in the store I can't believe the things I'm hearing never had a problem all the ones I get r higher anywhere else I get so many compliments its ridiculous maybe people picking wrong wig or something
This is my first time using Sam's Beauty. I never received package. USPS said that it shows it was delivered to the mailbox. I live in an apt complex so mail gets misplaced. I contacted Sam's Beauty and told them The whole situation. They wrote me back saying there was no resolution. They were so unhelpful and not willing to give me a resolution despite informing them of how many times I had followed up with USPS. NEVER USING SAM'S BEAUTY AGAIN. Waste of money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
WOW! I Really Enjoy Shopping On This Site! They Have The Best Prices In Beauty Products And Hair Products. They Have Save Me So Much Money. Because I was Spending Way More at My Local Beauty Supply Store. And SHIPPING is Amazingly FAST! I Just Wish They Had Full Sizes in some of there Beauty Products instead of the Travel Sizes. And I Don't Like There Return Policy(It SUCKS!). But There Half Wigs, Full Wigs, Braiding Hair etc... is SUPER Cheap Compare To What You Would Spend At Your Local Beauty Supply Store.

They take your money, they do NOT return your phone calls and they provide you with broken tracking numbers for UPS, I spent 115$ on they're website and My order is all $#*!ed up I usually order from Hairsisters.com (I love them, never have any issues and my $#*! is on time) but decided to give this bull$#*! $#*! company a try and Now I see why I've over looked them thus far, I would advise anyone looking to purchase cheap and quality hair, fast and great customer service to stray away from

I ordered hair last Tuesday and the lady told me that i should be receiving my order soon. It's been over a week now and my hair still hasn't came in. Never ordering from them again.
I placed an order about 1 month ago. I spoke with Customer Service Supervisor Josephine who told me no refund can be issued or package sent unless I file lost package with USPS. USPS informed they can not create lost package # because they never received package from Sams Beauty. I have explained this to Josephine who has been extremely rude and condescending, she said I can not have refund or items shipped without lost case number from USPS, which I explained to her several times that USPS can not provide because they never received package. Josephine keeps answering my call, she gets more rude every time… PLEASE HELP

This company sells defective wigs and like previous comments has rude and disrespectful customer service representatives. Kanisha and Lilly are very nasty and will always BLAME YOU for purchasing a defective product offline. Definite wolves in sheeps clothing. Keep your money. FYI file a complaint with the FTC, BBB and the Attorney General of Consumer Protection. I have done so today and will not stop until this company is exposed publicly and made accountable for their poor service.

I ordered my wig on 11/10/18 the shipping label was created on 11/12/18 at 6:30 pm which was Monday fine it was not taken to the post office until 11/13/18 9:03pm bottom line I needed my wig by 11/15/18 I could have ordered from amazon and had free return shipping if I didn't like it and it would have been here in two days, and paid the same price( I found out after) so I won't be recommending
Monday was Veterans Day (observed) so the post office was not able to pick up any of our packages that day which is why they received your package the next day. All packages are picked up at the end of the business day. Your tracking shows delivered to you today, 11/16/18. If it was not for the holiday your package would have arrived on 11/15/18. Holidays can delay packages especially if the carrier is a government company. Please keep that in mind when ordering online. We apologize the holiday caused a delay and inconvenience for you. I think that this company can be more accomodating to their returning customers. Also, they should provide speaking classes for their supervisors who don't sound very educated.

I want to start off by saying that I don't work for this site or email I paid by them. I buy my hair from Sam's all the time, and very upset by sum of these reviews. I love this site because of the price n hair, I could go to other sites like black hair spray or hair sisters but they don't have the deals I like. I just received my package that I ordered on thursday. I got the ground shipping for this order, an got it today 02, 23, 15. It had everything inside along with a invoice that was inside. I got everything I ordered and very happy like always. Before I placed the order I chatted with Nicole from the site, she was very helpful since I wanted to know the difference from the flat rate and standard shipping which I found out that they was the same except the flat rate you paid 4.99 for. I thanked her for being helpful and truthful since they would be losing out on the extra money. The customer service is always great. I have never had a problem getting a hold of someone when I had questions. All you have to do is call within the posted hours. This is the best site to get your hair supply from, especially when you live in the middle of no where an most the ppl are white. The only other place to go will be Sally an I don't like them at all. I will continue to get my supply from here. And just to let you know I'm from Philadelphia but live in Bedford pa. Look it up. I hope this helps others out since I seen sum bad reviews here. I have been waiting for over a MONTH to resolve this. Whoever picked the order put the wrong wig color in the packaging for the color that I ordered. I sent them a picture (several, in fact), and the same day they sent a return code they denied the return because they say I got what I had ordered. I DID NOT. Now I have a wig I cannot wear because the color makes me look like Bozo the clown. NEVER again will I order from these people, and you shouldn't either.
So, yeah I just received an email stating that the item is out of stock. I find it suspect, since I emailed sams beauty customer service due to my item still in processing mode since 08/12/17 on 08/16/17 yet she didn't say anything to me about the item being out of stock. Here it's been 6 days since I placed this order, money has been removed from my card--why even take the money out when the item advertised isn't even available? Why even promote the item when it's not even in stock and force customers to wait days wondering why processing taking an absurd amount of time? Instead of being honest and saying we are currently out of the item, item won't be available until such and such I got nothing until I emailed them. I never shopped online and it takes 6 days to process an order. A day or 2 yeah--but never days and with zero emails from seller explaining why item is taking so long. Now I have to wait 2-10 days to get my refund. It's a good thing I already ordered the hair from somewhere else and I hadn't set up my hair appointment yet. This was going to be my one and only purchase from this place anyways. I'm just flabbergasted by this "business"
