The first time I made a purchase with Sam's beauty it was earlier this year. I didnt have a problem with the ordering process and my wig came in a few days. However, the wig was extremely big and didn't fit my head. But the frontal was really nice and it looked so natural. Now, my second purchase which was 8/2/2019 and currently I'm still waiting on a tracking number. I did call customer service and the representative told me that they were sold out on the hair color I wanted. However, they had it in a different color(which was ok with me). She then apologized and told me that I would receive my tracking number today. 8/7/2019. The website should of displayed that they were out of stock in that particular color, instead of allowing customers to still purchase. I will come back and give an update once I receive my order.
