I order 2 swimsuit and 2 shirts. I can't wear any of them I ordered my size which I've been for years. They are so small, the workmanship is ridiculous sorry. They have no option to return them. I received all but 1 shirt which took a month to get. The shirt is not wearable holes in the seem line. The seem line are very loose all over the shirt. My 13 yr old daughter can't fit in this shirt and it's supposed to be a large. This was my first and last time to order from this company. I will be tell all that will listen how sorry this company is!
I contacted their customer service and asked about my order (It had been a couple of weeks and I hadn't heard anything). They responded by saying that my order was put "on hold" and that I needed to send a color photo of my identification card with a clear shot of my face and the address the order will be shipped to along with a photo of the card I used to pay as an anti-fraud procedure. Excuse me but since when do anti-fraud procedures require me sending personal information that could lead to identity theft? The real kicker is that the money was already withdrawn from my account there is no need to go through all of this. Has this same situation happened to other people?

Okay first of all when I saw sammydress on fb, I was scared to order things bc of so many negative comments but I ordered 9 things and I received them on, I tell you one thing that they are legit! Great prices for dresses and shoes. Their customer service is great too, anytime I reached them they reply back right away and try to explain things. Clothes are great for what you re paying for, shipping costs a bit but they are in far away keep that in mind. Over all it is great to shop with Sammydress, thank you.
I ordered a brooch as part of a costume for a play that I was in. I paid for expedited shipping so that it would arrive in "3 to 7 days". Fifteen days later, I will still waiting, with the play performances half over. I inquired about the order and getting a refund since I would no longer need the brooch. I was informed that shipping depended on "peak shipping periods, public holidays and bad weather", none of which was relevant in this case. I noted that the brooch wasn't even shipped until five days after I ordered it, and I still don't have it a week later! I was also informed that they don't do refunds, but "thank you for your patience and understanding". I am neither patient or understanding about such sloppy business practices and I won't be ordering from Sammy Dress again. What a rip-off!

I ordered 2 shirts, a sweatshirt, a dress and some leggins. I was very disappointed when I received the package, and it was short an item (one of my shirts) and they charged me for it. When I call the US # listed, it either rings busy or says I have reached a non working #. The shirt was an XL and is more like a US M. I am a size 6US and ordered the dress large. It was so small, it fits my 10 yr old daughter perfectly. Same story with the sweat shirt. The only thing that kind of fit was the leggins. They fit great up top, but they are more like Capri pants on my 5'8 legs. I will never order from this website again. The clothes are cute, but are made in child sizes and of very thin material.

I ordered a cheap romper for $10 and I placed the order on AUGUST 16. It is now OCTOBER 3 and I still have not received a package. I used to get emails saying i had something pending in my cart which I didn't and that I need to check out and I knew for a fact I had already ordered the romper cause my bank account was charged. It says it takes around 25 business days well it's been well over due. I tried calling them and you can't reach anyone and the phone rings busy and I just read another review where someone else said the same thing. I can't find an email to contact them at either. Who knows if I'll get my package before the year ends

The "processing time" took over a month! They failed to even mention that the swim suit I ordered was out of stock. I ordered from them on 4/24 and the swim suit wont be in stock til June 7th! I only found out about this because I submitted a complaint with the company. I will not make any more purchases on this site again. This is just bad business.

I bought a pair of heels and two dresses for an amazing price! Even with the cost of shipping, it was less than half the cost of anything I could get in stores. The products are high quality and look fabulous. It was a great deal and I will definitely shop there again!
I bought two sweater cover ups on 10/14/15 and here we are over a month later and I still have not received my items. I submitted a ticket like it said to on their site about why it took so long to process my order, I was informed that the items were on back order until 11/6/15 and would be shipped out after that day. My order said that it shipped on 11/8/15, it is now 11/20/15 and I still have not seen my items. I paid for tracking (I had not other option) and it says that it was accepted on 11/11/15 in CHINA that is the last tracking update on their page, and the tracking number can not be found through the USPS. I have since then submitted two more ticket clams and nether have yet to be answered. I think it is because I pointed them out and called them a SCAM (which they are). My advice would be don't waste your money or your time with them. They may have cute stuff but defiantly not worth the heartache and lose of money over items that you may never receive.

I wish I had never done business with this company. I can't return defective items that arrived cracked because it arrived in bubble wrap from China. I have tried to submit a complaint ticket but the website says that I have the wrong code. I have tried on 10 different occasions and the website keeps asking for the original code each time. Save your time and money and buy the products somewhere else. What a pain to deal with.
