I ordered something from them almost 2 months haven't received it yet and I've been trying to contact them demanding they give me refund and still no response. BIGGEST waste of money, I will never buy from them again or recommend them to anybody. I will have my money back them one way or the other!

Great Quality, Time, and Service!

I never shopped online before, but then I found Sammy Dress. Their website is very easy to use and I have no issue finding the items that I want. They have a great variety of items, from clothes to hair accessories, for really good prices. At first I was a little concerned as to why the prices are so low and what quality the products were, but I noticed that the items had good reviews so I decided to try it out.

The very first item I ordered was a swimsuit last summer. For the low price, I didn't expect much BUT I was nicely surprised! The quality of the product is great, it fits really well (thanks to the size chart that Sammy Dress provided, I able to choose the right one), and the shipping time was relatively short as well. I decided to continue shopping through Sammy Dress. I recently bought a sweater. Once again, I received what I paid for. Nice quality product and short delivery time.

Their customer service is also worth mentioning. One time I was worried why one of the items I ordered wasn't shipped on time. I sent them an e-mail and they replied the next day, explaining the situation and apologizing for the delay. The item was shipped the following day and I received in no time!

Overall, I am very satisfied with ordered products and service provided by Sammy Dress. I definitely recommend shopping with them!

The worst ever! CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP! Crap is made in china and is the lowest of low quality. You will not get what you paid for. Plus you will wait far too long to get your CHEAP $#*! merchandise.

Horrible!

I wish I could contact every person that even thinks about using this site to tell them to stay away! The quality of every single item of clothing I ordered was complete crap, nothing like the pictures at all. Everything was not the incorrect size. The order took so long to come and when it finally did, some of my order was missing, I contacted them about it and they said it was on it's way but it took another to weeks to arrive. I have been trying to send my order back and get my money back in return but I am having the hardest time getting in contact with their "Customer service". More like talking to a brick wall. I feel scammed. Then they made me take pictures of everything I ordered. The last thing I want to do is try on clothes way too small for me and take a picture to prove that I don't want the clothing anymore. Complete bull$#*!.

One of my items didn't come with the packet but I asked them and they say it would arrives later as it was out of stock. It arrives later and I didn't have to pay more for the transport^^

I am still waiting for a rep from Sammydress to comment on y complaint... hasn't happened since I actually have my order number & ticket... turning them into paypal asap! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. This company needs to be shut down in the US. I placed my order on 11/14 & paid for expedited shipping... well here we are on 11/28 & my order hasn't even been shipped & I should have received it already. I see where the company continues to respond below, however they NEVER respond to my emails. I even put a "ticket" in & it said they would respond in 24 hours & yet nothing... I have written on my ticket daily & still nothing. My Order Number: MMS************** & my ticket # is T*******766... If a rep from Sammydress sees this, I want my items asap & I want a refund on my shipping that I paid.

I wish I could rate this site a 0! Went to buy a pair of boots and a purse. They lied about the size and the purse is crappy. I paid over $20 in shipping for 2 items. They expected me to pay for shipping back and shipping did take a while. I will never order off of this site again!

It took a month to receive the two items I had purchased from this site ( first time, last time buyer) When the two items arrived one pc looks nothing like the item pictured except the color and both are the worst quality.
I am still waiting for a resolution after opening a complaint with paypal.
I wouldn't have paid. 25 for either of these garments.
I highly suggest you not shop at this website. The quality is beyond poor and their customer service is just as bad.

Update 12/11/15 ONLY PAY with paypal. Its the only way to get your money back from this site.

Would not take my card.

There was this dress that I really wanted and I put my credit card information in like 5 different times and it said I had to use a different card even though it says it uses my card type and I have enough money on my card. By the 5th time it said that, I didn't even want the dress anymore. Honestly that just wasted my time and I'm really disappointed that I couldn't get the dress I wanted.

Don't order off this website. I've ordered over 3 months ago and still not received my order! I've wrote them over 10 times and they finally said they would re mail them or refund money and they have still done neither of the two! Said they have alot of other orders to get done then they would mail them, while I have been waiting MONTHS! HORRIBLE

I placed an order on the 14th October when it told me that it would take 5-10 business days to ship my items. That would have been fine. However, when I hadn't heard anything on the 9th November, I contacted the support centre. They did get back to me and told me some story about the time it would take:

"Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.Processing time: Sorry about the long quality check. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Hope you can understanding some items need more time than others. Customer satisfaction is our first priority. In this case, if possible, we suggest you choose items that marked can be shipped in 3 business days in next order."

They then informed me it would be shipped out on the 18th November. Since I wanted the items still, I agreed to wait until then, and they actually ended up shipping it out on the 15th November. However, they only shipped one of the two items I ordered. No explanation and no refund, just the item wasn't in the package. I have finally received one of my items on the 28th November, but no sign of the other one. It is a complete joke! Don't waste your time with them!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order on the 14th. STILL "processing"... when I placed order it said ships in 3-5 days. I have placed a ticket, a complaint and attempted to call their "customer service" line too many times to count. Anytime I call it either rings then I get hung up on or you cannot leave a message. You would do yourself a favor by simply going to the stores to shop, stay away from this place. Black Friday sales but haven't handled business on a regular day. Smh

Cant get my stuff

I ordered my stuff on November 4,2015 and never got it, they don't reply and have sent sketchy messages asking for photocopy's of my ID and credit card. This website is a total scam. Have tried tracking my package and all it says is processing nothing ever changes

I ordered 27 items from sammydress.com, I was very excited to get my items. Once the package came, I discovered that they only shipped 9 of my items. I filled out their "ticket" about the issue 2 weeks ago and have yet to get a replay. I attempted to can tact them via telephone and they hung up on my 4 times! I resorted to PayPal disputing the transaction. I have worked in retail sales for 13+ years, I have never experienced such terrible or lack there of customer service! I will NEVER AGAIN shop with sammydress.com

I have received absolutely terrible service from SammyDress. The phone number provided doesn't work, the live chat is never available, and there is never any response to the online "tickets". I bought an item and never received it. They take your money and don't send the item.

I love it!

I've bought from here more than 10x now and I found out about a couple of things:

1) pay attention to the sizing. I usually order up a size since its Chinese sizing, and they're smaller than us.

2) guys, it's cheap. That's why you're not gonna get the same quality as you see from the pic. It's literally an imitation. They get the pics someplace else I'm sure.

3) They ship from China. Yeah it's gonna take a long time to get to you.

4) Always buy the tracking # and the insurance just in case. It's only a couple bucks extra.

5) Dont call them. Leave a message inquiry. They usually get back to me the next day. If I'm unsatisfied with whatever they'll usually give me a coupon code for next time which is nice.

6) it's a hit or miss most of the time. Gonna have to accept that. But let me just say most of their bathing suits have been 60% miss. I've ordered probably like 10 of them already. Also FYI, order a size up or two sizes up.

I know people on here have said it was a scam. But you can decide for yourself! I still love this site.
