I ordered what I thought would be a great coat from this place. I was so shocked by the price and the reviews on the product. I ordered it on December 7th and it did not arrive until after the new year. Upon arrival I noticed that the package was very small for what I had ordered. It was about the size of a manila envelope. When I opened it the item I ordered was supposed to be a 3x and yet did not fit my 8yr old. WTF. What a bunch of scam artists because once I went to try and return the item, I couldn't log in ( I write down my log ins for EVERYTHING) and when I called them it was busy, I spent over an hour trying to get into contact with these people. I will make it a point to tell EVERYONE I KNOW not to ever order from here and I am even thinking of filing a complaint with the better business burea! I'm beyond upset. I have never ever in years of online ordering had this kind of problem. What a disgusting business ethic, Im still in SHOCK!

I ordered a jacket and after about 2 weeks the order had not been processed and even with other sites although I didn't pay extra for fast shipping I had items within a week. They said the problem was do to high order volumes. What a load of bull! I canceled my order and ordered from Burlington and got just as good of a deal and it was less then a week before it came. I ended up calling PayPal so I could get a refund which I am still waiting for. :(

I made a order on November 17th and was informed that EVERYTHING I ordered was INSTOCK and was promised that it would be sent within a couple days from when my payment was received. That day's my payment was received and was promised that ALL my products I ordered would be sent out within 3-5 Business days. After waiting 7 business days of receiving my payment my package was NOT sent out. So I contacted Sammydress and was told my order was on hold due to it having 1 of my items on back order and that my package would be sent out on December 7th OR I could get a money pass. (Basically a gift card for Sammydress) I didn't want a money pass I just wanted what I ordered so I informed the customer service person that I would wait. She then said it will be sent out ON December 7th and I would recieve it within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. I waited and received my package in 7 business days. But have not received my FULL order. Today is January 3rd and I have yet to recieve my full order. I would not order from this website. And I definitely will not order from this website again. I am VERY disappointed and unpleased. I give them ZERO STARS!

I ordered twice there so far and both orders were perfectly great! The shipping out was in the time period that was written in the description and pieces that were unable to be delivered immediately were shipped seperately as soon as possible.
The customer service center replied fast and helped easily.
Plus the app is really great!

Most of the clothing runs extremely small in size. At least $100 of my $400 order is useless to me. With those odds I could have just gone to a cheap store here and bought a few things. Then when you have an issue they take too long to respond--days! I know there's a time difference but not 3 days worth! There issue submission site is lacking. You submit a picture & they never get it. The quality is extremely cheap. There's a few things I have to throw away. I can get better quality at the dollar store. I should've cancelled my order when they asked for all my ID & credit card copies--no one does that, it was the first red flag I ignored. It took 2 months to get my order when they promised a couple weeks & it was several different shipments. I didn't get my Christmas sweater in time. Don't buy from here. I know it's extremely tempting but the pictures look nothing like the actual product. I will never buy from here again! Any review that's good for this site is fake & created by them!

I ordered several items from Sammydress. I've found their website by accident, and the things that I ordered met and exceeded my expectations. I always review "description" of the item, and size chart. So far I received each of my orders within a reasonable time frame (2-3 weeks) some took longer but considering the distance and great prices I have no complaints at all. I love to order from Sammydress, it is a great website, excellent quality of products for a great price.
Ordered a sweatshirt XL, waited 3 weeks and shirt marked XL arrived. The thing was so small it was terrible. I ware XL sweatshirts all the time, but this thing was at least a medium. I sent the an email asking for a refund or how to return, never heard back. I should have known better, but the style I liked, and thought I would give it a shot... Lost out again! I won't be back!

I've ordered lots of merchandise from Sammy Dress, and the merchandise is as stated on the site. The sizes run small, so order large, at least 2 - 3 sizes more. The prices are excellent and you get what you pay for with the merchandise.
My favorite item on this site are the cuff links! The designs are very different and creative and I pay about one-sixth of what the Department stores charge.
I've gotten some orders in 7 days, Express shipping (7-10 days), and others it has taken over 2 months, China post shipping (10-60 days); however; I'm still missing a tee shirt from August 2015.
I haven't had an issue with being issued a refund, via Pay Pal, on discontinued items. It has taken 24-48 hours for Sammy Dress to reply to problem tickets or questions, which I feel is a fair amount of time, due to the time difference between the U.S. and Asia.
The site is really a wild card to order from. I love the merchandise and the prices, but you just never know when you will receive your order. One order I placed express shipping in November, but only received a partial order. The remainder of the order was shipped a month later, but by China post mail, still waiting on that order and its January 2016. Another order was placed Express and 2 of the 3 items were received in 8 days, but the 3rd item was mailed China post the very next day after the 2 items were shipped. Based on my experience with Sammy Dress, I'm looking at a 2 month wait for this item. I feel the delayed portion should have been shipped Express, seeing that is what I paid for with the entire order. Shipping practices are my MAJOR complaint with Sammy Dress. Another issue i recently experienced was Sammy Dress charging shipping 7 items, but only shipping 5, but failing to issue the proportionate share of the costs charged for the 2 items that were not shipped. The refund for the merchandise was issued, but not the shipping portion of it. I wrote several times, but never got the refund for the difference in shipping costs.
When discounts are offered, the prices are raised, once they hit your cart, so you never really see the discount. I don't mind the prices, but don't make offers that you don't plan to keep, because the prices are so low already!
Sammy Dress has unique items, so I might continue to buy here, but if I did, I would not put an emphasis on speed, because you don't know when the order is in stock and when you will receive it, and I believe the orders are shipped from Singapore, so that is quite a distance for packages to come from.
I am not trying to make excuses for this vendor, because I don't know the "whys" and "hows" of how they run their business, but only to give an honest, unbiased account of my experiences with them.
People on Amazon are selling Sammy Dress items for 2-4 times the price, so you pay much more for speedy, more reliable service, but the same merchandise.
In summary, you really get what you pay for, so roll the dice, or not.
Damaged merchandise! Wrong sizing! Customer service rip off! Even when merchandise is damaged you have to pay shipping back and it costs more than the item. They don't care and just take your money. The positive reviews are posted by them! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I placed a Christmas order Dec. 12th (3 weeks ago). Jan. 2nd it is still not here and the China Post surface mail tracking number says it is not a valid number. Sammydress is now telling me it takes up to 45 days! Working with Pay Pal to get my money back. Taking forever for that as well. I highly recommend staying away from this merchant.

Gonna try to get my money back, but from all these other reviews, that doesn't look like its happening... so I ordered an assassins creed hoodie for my fiance for Christmas, had his measurements and matched him up to the right size and ordered a size up from that just in case... so tell me... HOW ON EARTH IS IT STILL SMALL!?! It looks like they sent 4 sizes down and just slapped a different tag on it and said "close enough!" I got the largest size I could and the stupid thing fits ME! I wear a size SMALL in US sizes! The measurements are nowhere NEAR what that stupid chart claimed they where! Extra large? HA! What a laugh! Looks like they just send whatever they have and put a tag on it! What a waste of my time and money and a great way to ruin Christmas. Sad thing is, is I'm sure contacting them is only going to be so much worse, from what I've seen for reviews I won't get a refund for their mistake and if I somehow do, it'll never actually make it into my account.
