They rushed a shipment I tried to cancel. It was pushed through as soon as I called. A corrected order was also shipped. I got the 2nd order, but not the 1st. Now they want to refund me $17 which they say is 50% of the $84 order. This was for Christmas. None of the shirts fit any one they were bought for. They really suck at understanding what you want. They want pictures of the missing package. Just dumb.

I found Sammy Dress through their banner advertisements. I was hesitant but the reviews on the website convinced me to give them a try and I am glad I did. The clothes I bought and he wig are high quality. I recommend them to everyone and their customer support is terrific. I had no problem with them at all.
A few months back me and a friend ordered some things. My order was sent in three shipments than cost a lot and we're all squeezed into small packets. They all arrived around a week apart.
My first hoodie and top were lovely. The socks that I ordered were in fact tights. The second hoodie took much longer to arrive and was ok but nothing like what I had seen online the detail was gold and not yellow like on the site.
My friend ordered 3 shirts in large for work/going out. He checked the measurements on the site and figures they would fit. They do not! Far too small and would only fit me. We looked into a return but they were all arriving separate so we would have had to ship them all back separate and from what I understood would have to pay for the return and would not get a full refund for the return.
The last item was a tshirt which I've not yet seen him wear.
Over all took I think near 6 weeks to arrive.
I've had a mixed experience which is a shame as I loved my first hoodie and top. :(

I ordered 6 dresses for a holiday party all in extra large as I am a size 12-14, only 1 dress was true to size. Every single one of the other dresses although beautiful were more a true size 8 or smaller. Thank goodness@ least 1 of the dresses fit, as I ordered extra hoping I'd have a few to pick from for other occasions. It was extremely disappointing! What BS!
I will be giving away the tiny dresses to my tiny friends that will never fit me, even with my resolution for weight loss, on this 5'6" frame, I'll never lose enough to ever be a size 8 or smaller.

Totally disappointed, I ordered 2 item's Dec. 4 I still haven't received anything. I have submitted tickets inquiring into my product still always have me as we were season ticket and that's it no information no nothing I would not order anything from these people again and I will be contacting the bank to get my money back because it should not take this long and cannot get a person on the phone nor can you get any up live chat when you call the lines busy and live chat always says connecting so I don't know what's going on with this and I also will be putting it into the Better Business Bureau. I give it a one rating cuz that's as low as it goes if it was my choice I would put 0.

I have attempted to resolve this matter directly through Sammydress.com. I provided photos of the unfinished dress and the not as advertised dress. Both items failed to meet even the minimum expectations of quality. Nearly all posts online regarding this retailer are "buyer beware". I have not received any response from them after submitting the photographs as proof. Because they are international, there is not direct way to contact. My attempts today to chat live with an individual, defaulted to the survey page to rate the chat experience, however no live chat occurred. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY! YOU MAY BE LUCKY AND GET AN ORDER OR TWO, BUT IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THERE IS NO RESOLUTION. I'VE HAD TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL IN HOPES TO GET SOME SORT OF RESOLUTION.

Stay away from this site. Received half my order in 3 days (4 of 8. Items). Sizing is way too small. Second half delivered by DHL wants $22 duty and fees for a $14 Order. None of this ever mentioned on the site or was charged on the first order. Stay clear

There is a line in the movie "Zoolander" that asks, "what is this - a center for ants?" That's what I thought when I received my order of a jacket from SammyDress. I am tall and above average size, so I ordered a XXL jacket at a very reasonable price. When it arrived, I wondered how SammyDress measured the XXL. This may have been XXL for ants, but certainly not for a grown man. I seriously wondered if they quite possibly put a XXL label on a XS jacket. I doubt anyone of adult size could fit into this thing. But, mistakes happen, so I gave the benefit of the doubt to SammyDress, and contacted them to obtain a refund. I received from SammyDress an email with a laundry list of items I would have to provide to get my money back, including details of my order, photos of the jacket next to measuring devices, and a description of how it was unsatisfactory. I do not have time for this kind of crap, so I decided that this jacket would be good to donate to the local Lollipop Guild, and I would learn a lesson that cost me only the sale price of the jacket. My advice, avoid SammyDress unless you are of Tinkerbell size.
UPDATE: SammyDress.com has made contact with me and refunded my purchase price in full.

I wish that this rating had a way of going into the negatives because I would love to rate this company a minus 10. I placed an order on November 6,2015. Their website states "order will be shipped in 5-7 business days. A month later, I finally received a partial order. I entered into the complicated "Ticket" system, filed a complaint, and waited and waited and waited. I eventually received one of the two items missing from my order. They closed my 'Ticket' and I had to issue a new one to inquire about the other item missing from my order. In the beginning I was just a little frustrated, however, as my wasted time went by, that frustration has turned into fury. The invoice that I received with my order showed the price that Sammydress paid for the item, not the price I paid. They are making an unbelievable profit. As a business owner, I can appreciate that, however, I offer excellent customer service to my clients. The icing on the cake was the fact that I paid $25.00 in shipping. I plan to make it my mission in life to tell as many people as possible NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, OR MONEY. In addition, I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. If this is an American-based company, I will do my utmost to see they get the attention of the BBB.

I've been in contact with two different sales rep online on various occasions and they refuse to give me a refund. I was told it's been shipped, however they do not provide a tracking number. I've tried to call their customer service number also, but it's a busy tone. This place is obviously a SCAM! Buyer Beware!
