As others have stated the shipping takes a ridiculously long time so if you're needing your order by a particular time don't bother with sammysdress. Actually don't bother with them regardless, the clothing is very poor quality and the sizes aren't accurate at all. I ordered several "larges" which is what I always wear and when the shirts finally arrived (one never came, it is now months later and I'm not going to even bother trying to solve that issue) they were WAY too small. I literally couldn't even fit into them, and I'm not that big a guy. Just ridiculous, do not waste your time or money with this "company" (term used loosely).

I ordered several items to include 3 dresses, boot caps, 3 sets of leggings and a hat. The hat only acceptable item. I ordered the dresses in XL. I normally wear a size 16. The dresses were more like a 0 or child size 16. I had to give them to my daughter. One dress was so short, that even my 18 year old 5'2" daughter will have to wear as a shirt. Stitching was terrible, lace was frayed and one dress was so crooked that it is totally unwearable. Shipping back is not an option as it will cost more than the cost of the items. Wish I had read all the reviews before ordering.!

While I had a good experience initially, my second order arrived missing items. It took me a few days to contact someone via email. While they did eventually correct the issue, it took 3 additional weeks to get my items. That was the last time I ordered though because shortly after that I could no longer log in to my account (which had 900+ points on it). I was continuously met with a message saying my log in info was wrong, though I had it written down and it hadn't changed since I created my account.

So simply, beware. I did receive my first order w/o an issue and really enjoyed the items, but their customer service isn't the greatest and my account mysteriously disappeared.

At first I was feeling slightly skeptical about ordering from their website, because the prices seemed too good to be true. I thought I'd chance it and start off by ordering just one item and see how that went before I ordered more. When I received the item, I was very surprised at how good quality the item I ordered was! It took a good 5-6 weeks for delivery, but I was not disappointed when it arrived. It's exactly how the picture shows it to be, and I received many compliments when wearing it. I've also gone on to order many more items from their website, and I'm looking forward to when they arrive. Even the shipping prices are really good! I'd recommend this company to anybody.

This is what I ordered and this is what I got. No where close to original order. Cheap looking stuff.

I ordered a sweater, a coat, a bag and a swim suit. All large. The sweater is stained, they sent me a different bag, the coat fits a real small petite Chinese girl and the swim suit is really an XS. I've contacted CS, they say I can return the clothes, but I have to pay the shipping fee myself.
I asked them why I have to pay for something I didn't order and why I have to pay for stained clothing. Got no real answer. They just told me to pay and send the stuff back or accept a 40% refund (product, not inc. shipping fee). Scammydress, NEVER AGAIN!

Seems like I need to learn this lesson again. Companies that do not have a phone number for their customers don't want to hear from you. They only want your money. Sammydress is the worse one for guest service. I have written several requests to their site and have only received computer generated responses. Ordered an item on December 9th, and have not heard from them on several attempts to find out something.

I was a little skeptical of ordering from Sammy Dress at first because of higher shipping costs and the fact that it was coming from China and I have been burnt by ordering clothes from China before. HOWEVER, this was not the case at all!

I ordered a dress and a shirt from them. I was concerned because the shipping information hadn't been updated so I contacted Sammy Dress and the responded really fast and provided updated information. My items arrived a few days later.

My dress was really cute and my husband loves it. I LOVED the shirt. It is great quality and super comfortable. I loved it so much that I immediately got online and ordered two more in black because I am going to school to become an interpreter and am always looking for comfortable black clothing.

I don't recommend buying something from them if you need it right away because it has to go through customs and can take a while to get to you but it is worth the wait! Also, as far as the shipping cost, keep in mind that the cost of the items is really low so it evens out and still makes it worth it for something that is going to look good and make you feel great!

I chose the 3 days shipping option. They didn't ship the package out for more than a month.
That isn't even the part I'm complaining about.

Of the 10 things I ordered, only 2 of them were made with ANY understanding of human anatomy: I can't lift my arms as high as my nipples. I can't bend at the elbow more than 20 degrees before it becomes painful. You have to roll the sleeves up before you can button the collar.
If you buy from these charlatans understand: you will not be able to move when you wear these clothes. They will split, rip, and tear at the slightest movement - when you bend an elbow - even a little. The fabric they used on everything is thin and brittle!
I bought a sport coat and a "jacket" neither of them is as thick as your average T-shirt. I added photos where you can see my hand showing through. You could get a serious all over sunburn if you wore any of this stuff outside on a warm day. "Jacket"!

Several of the shirts I bought had stitches sticking out several inches. I don't mean it's one thread here and there, It's everywhere and It's bad! It's as though a drunk child got upset at a sewing machine!
If you've ever had surgical stitches - to hold a wound closed, it looks like that - visible, on the outside of the clothes. See the first photo, and the 5th.
The third one shows the extreme range of movement I was able to acheive. I cannot lift either arm any higher. I cannot bring them in closer to my chest. My forearms hurt when I make a fist or bend the elbow half as far as I am in the photo.

Save your money, save your time! Just go to a hardware store and buy nice rags. Those would at least be absorbent.

Ordered five items from sammy dress in October and paid for expedited shipping my order was split up and no one cared to tell me why they were split up and only to receive a notification that the remaining items of my package had been shipped by post office and will be delivered in 25 days. I paid for courier fee and now my goods will be delivered after 25 days... disappointing if at least someone explained before one paid they would know what to expect. Disappointing

I found SammyDress and thought it was too good to be true. Such nice clothes, very cheap. I thought right. I decided to buy Christmas dresses for me and my sister for our ugly Christmas sweater party. I figured that if the order was successful and the clothing came in good quality I could trust the site and order more.

Christmas has passed and I have yet to receive my order. It has been over a month. The website said the products ship out within 3 days, it took 10. The site also makes you pay for a tracking number. I paid for one and when I try to use it, the site says "parcel not found".

The worst part about this experience is how AWFUL customer service is. I sent several messages about my tracking number not working and asking for someone to tell me when I could expect my order. All I got back was irrelevant information. It felt like I was getting automated responses and that the company does not care about keeping customers happy. I had to last minute rush out to buy a new outfit once I realized it would not arrive for Christmas. I don't need or want the dresses anymore so I've sent them my phone number and several messages asking for my money back and have been ignored. They offered me a 5% off coupon... as if I would ever buy from them again.

Don't let the prices draw you in. Its not worth the headache.

This company is a scam! I ordered a jacket that did not fit and I simply wanted to return it for a refund since the quality of the item was incredibly poor; but I'd settle for a smaller size. They won't allow me to return it if it was my error in ordering the wrong size. They also ask you to take a bunch of photos with measurements illustrated... its ridiculous! The frustration I've experienced in dealing with their customer service isn't worth the jacket and they present it as their "top priority," which based on my experience they are failing miserably!
