I ordered several items and the items were shipped in two different boxes on two different days. I received the first of the two several weeks after my order. The clothes were complete crap! One shirt had black splotches on it, the other was WAY too small and the fabrics are cheap. When I contacted them about the black splotches it took multiple attempts to even put my question through to them. Then they asked me to take pictures and a video before they would even consider a return. If they accepted my return then I would have to pay shipping AGAIN! My second item has still not arrived and it has been 4 months! I keep trying to contact the company but either get no reply or my request will not go through. DON'T BUY FROM HERE! You are just going to lose your money and end up with nothing or with crap!
Placed an order for shoes and a coat for my husband. Emailed the company prior to placing the order inquiring about shipping times as he needed it before Christmas. They assured me it would be here quoting a 7-15 days to arrive to me. So I ordered. BIG mistake! I paid extra for tracking. They REFUSED to give me the tracking number stating that there wasn't enough funds to cover tracking. I opened a paypal claim when they continually ignored my emails. They were suddenly able to provide paypal with a tracking number for the shoes but not the coat. The shoes arrived Dec 30th. They were dirty, worn out, nasty. They sent us USED shoes! It is now Jan 5th and I am STILL waiting on the coat, with no way to track it. They offered to refund me $5 through paypal. Nope! Seriously! I don't have the coat and I have a pair of shoes my husband won't wear. They wait until the last possible second to respond to any emails or correspondence through paypal. I will NEVER order through them again and I urge others to shop elsewhere! Now they are claiming the coat may take 45 days to get here... they promised I would have it by Christmas. What a joke. In 45 days the coat will be useless!

I ordered both clothing and jewelry. They seem to be good quality. This site has low prices on all their merchandise, and I didn't have any problems with customer service. The sizes are not U.S. Sizes you need to take your measurements and check them against their sizing chart. All in all I had a good experience from this company and wI'll very likely buy from them again.
This was by far the worst shopping site I have ever used. It was my own fault since did not read the reviews prior to purchasing anything from them. Their sizing concept is horrible. I purchased an XL skirt for my daughter (size 16). When I got it I will be lucky if I can wear it (size 4). They weren't even close. And delivery, it took a month for me to get the skirt. My experience was not worth the cheaper pricing. And speaking of cheap, the quality of the product was horrible, and oddly, there were no tags with sizing, washing instructions, product materials, nothing. There is something not right with this company. Dont recommend going there.

I ordered two shirts back in September and never got them. I submitted a claim in December asking what the status of my order was. SammyDress.com responded by saying it was due to "peak season" that my shipment was delayed. At this point it had been well over the 10-45 business days SammyDress.com says it takes for a package to arrive during "peak season" even though my order was placed back in September. I asked SammyDress.com if they would be reshipping my order and they replied saying that my order would be arriving shortly. So I send SammyDress.com another message YESTERDAY telling them that they can reship my order at their expense as well as give me a credit towards future orders OR to cancel my order, refund my money and I would no longer be doing any further business with them. They respond by completely ignoring my request and instead, suggesting I check my local post office to see if the package is there! This is TERRIBLE customer service. It has been 4 months since my initial order and all they do is tell me to hang tight or head to the post office. And what company even offers a shipping option where the package can't be tracked?!

Do NOT waste your money on these clothes. The prices are appealing, but you GET what you PAY FOR. The clothing is thin - like see-through thin. There are threads hanging off almost all of the items I received. And an XL - ha ha - most of these items wouldn't fit people I know that are a size 6. I will NEVER shop with them again. I suggest you don't either!

Prices are cheap because they are mass produced, made in countries where they pay workers cents from the full price. Sizes are too small in other words sizes are not true, unfortunately!
The safest thing to buy is outerwear on these websites. This is because coats, jackets or whatever are tend to be made larger by default. Always size up when buying from these sites. Think of it this way: an Asian guy is known to be smaller than most other races, and thus the small is considerably smaller.
It is best to size up two times, just to be safe!
By using the website of SammyDress and their support team, I shared my customer experience and even the policy was respected. My comments were nos allowed. Support team proposed a partial refund that I'd never got.
I live in France and there are a lot of websites in french where people complain about SammyDress.

Ordered a pair of boots from them 21 days ago. Contacted them thru online chat and was told the boots would not be in stock for another 10 days, and that I should allow another 20 days for shipping. Asked them if I could purchase a different pair of boots and have them express shipped. Was told no. Finally told them I wanted a refund. Said ok. But they say it will take 7 to 25 days to see the refund on my card. NEVER AGAIN!

The items that did come were the wrong colors (brown instead of black as shown in images, etc) and one had a broken snap. I can't get customer service because their phone is down and their support form requires a nonexistent login. Oh, and one of the six items I ordered just hasn't shipped with no indication of when it will ship, despite paying for expedited shipping.

I bought a cardigan from SammyDress before reading any reviews, once I did I was pretty nervous wondering if it would ever come and I got them to change it from a medium to a large since so many people were complaining about sizes.
When I changed asked to change the size of the cardigan, through a ticket, the support assistants contacted me within 24 hours, as promised, and were very quick with dealing with the change in my order.
I made the order on 8/12/15 and received it some time between Boxing Day and New Years eve (so about 3-4 weeks). The pattern was a bit bigger than the image and it had a button that it shouldn't have (see the second image) but they were the only things that were wrong with it. I had no loose stitches, the fabric feels amazing and is very snug. As you can see in the first image it is a little baggie on me, I'm normally a UK size 8/10 so a medium would have fit me fine; better to be safe than sorry.
I'm very happy with this cardigan and would buy from these people again.
The review are so bad and all the complaints turn me off, the boots and coats was just what I wanted but now, I will check another sight or just go to the store..

I wish i read their reviews on site jabber. I think they screened and post only good reviews on their website. I ordered three jumpsuits one of the order came with just the top, no pants. The other two were supposed to be Large sizes, yes! They attached a sticker on the plastic for delivery both saying "L"-large. One was XL-extra large and the other was XS-extra small. I sent the an email asking a refund on the first item which was incomplete and haven't heard from any one yet. I called but no response.

Right after I hit the place order button with Sammydress I realized the sizes were European. I called immediately but there was a busy signal (I would try several times over the next few days but would get a busy signal or the phone would just ring). I submitted a "support ticket" (actually three tickets over the next few days) and while I received a computer generated response I never received a response from a live person. Three days later my order shipped with the wrong sizes. Not only that only HALF of my order shipped. Again calling didn't work nor did the "support ticket". I've NEVER written a negative review but don't want anyone else to be duped by this "company". Hence I am hitting all of the review sites so that others won't lose their money.
