When I first access Sammy Dress website, I couldn't believe because they sell such beautiful things for a really good price. My first purchase was a shirt and a headband, and I like them very much. They came very well packed and are very well made.

The communication with the support team is fast and eficient (I choose something that wasn't avaiable anymore, they contacted me and made the refund very quickly, in my credit card). They provide you a tracking number so you can check your order, this is very good.

I enjoyed my experience at Sammy Dress so much that I've already bought again for myself and took the opportunity to buy all my family christmas gifts! I'm sure they are going to love, just as much as me!

I first ordered at Sammydress.com on the 24th of October. I made an order of approx. 71 euros (with shipping costs, tracking number and insurance about 117 euros). Obviously the shipping fee was expensive, but I chose expedited shipping since I couldn't wait for my items.
It came with DHL and I had to pay another 20 euro for customs. In Belgium when buying items from outside Europe with a value over 22euros, you will always have to pay something extra. So people who complain about unexpected fees should have done more research.
Anyway, before it arrived Sammydress warned me that 4 items out of 17, were not in stock and gave me the choice to wait or to get a refund. I chose to wait and am anxious to get my other items. Communication was very ok. They responded quickly, maybe not within 24hours but remember we are in different time zones. I paid a total of 137 euro including customs etc. for 17 items. Which is an average of 8 euros per item (6 dresses, leggings, sweater,...) In the meantime I've already placed 2 other orders.
Nobody asked me to write this review, I just wanted to get some sincere reviews out there. The clothes I got from sammydress are a perfect fit for me, but I am small and skinny with Asian roots. I prefer buying from them because European sizes are way to big sometimes. Always keep a measuring tape close before buying. The quality was very good. Sometimes a few loose threads, but look at the price! In my experience in local clothing stores that happens as well and you have to pay much more. Remember patience is a virtue if you choose flat rate shipping. Sammydress is definitely legit and I love shopping on their website!

Worst website & customer service EVER! And the "US" number they have listed on their website for 24/7 service doesn't even work. Don't be scammed by these people!

They sold me stuff they don't even have in stock and I had to follow up for my order to find out it won't be in for another month, then shipping will take a month. Now I'm having to go through a credit card dispute because I thought I was getting a good deal! Don't fall for it!

I very happy to be Sammydress customer. I had order through their website, the cloths are different and cheap. And I bought many jewelry, and accessories it so beautiful and shipping free the price is super cheap. Also their customer service is super fast either email or call what convenience for you... I highly recommend to visit their web site and find out more. However I am waiting for my Jacket arrive the style is beautiful and elegant, I will let every one knows how it looks because It only $19 CAN. But it looks expensive on the picture. Every one order must know that the time frame for shipping about a month because their stuff order from china and shipping cheapest and their are whole sale also, it worth for waiting.

I did my first order on 6. 11. 13 and I also have pay'd for it.And I discovered myself few days ago that one item I ordered is out of stock. Nobody on the site did not inform me. I found Out like this.On the oder it is still written that processing. But I am really pissed off. Because I am trying to find some answers about my order and nobody's giving me them. I got one answer that the item is not gonna be in stock anymore but right after that when I mentioned that I have allready pay'd for it and ordered it they canceled the conversation and thats it. Im so disappointed about the service. How long are they gonna be processing it? Usually on normal sites they are informing that ordered item is out of stock that I should replace it whit other item what is also a normal thing to do! I really hope this deal is not gonna end As I think it is! Right now I really do not recommend this site for ordering! My order MM**************.

So far I had 4 orders on this website. One order was delayed and it arrived after about 2 months. But it arrived, so it was all cool. They have very good and cheap products, with quality material, which is a rare thing to find on online shopping: quality and price! Every order is packed in some kind of vacuumed bags, which is an awesome thing. I must say that I'm very satisfied with all their products so far. Shipping was a bit of an issue, but that's all good as long as my orders arrive. I give them five stars cause they really deserve it.

I recently ordered my dress from sammydress.com and I was extremely impressed with quality of my dress. It fits well and is well made. I did select the free shipping option so it did take a while to arrive but it did come in the time as stated on the site. ( I live in Canada.) I did contact customer service with questions and they were prompt and courteous. The prices and selection are great and I will continue to order from this site.

I really hate the customer service on this site... I placed an order on Sunday and I have been emailing everyday since to find out about my order... I had to pay for shipping which it says its free and I also have tried the live chat... I dont understand how these people say they have gotten their stuff and its alot more people on other sites besides this one who have said they havent besides me... I rate this site very poor...
