I've ordered from the site twice, and fully intend to again. Of course, given that it is shipping from overseas, the shipping takes a while, but I've been happy with the majority of what I've received (some things have run a bit small, but I've just given them to my younger sister haha).
I love Sammy dress there my go to web site for anything from kid’s clothes to things in my home! I love there shoe selection and there clothes I think were made just for me! Missing one item from my shipped order and I have written to them to inquire. They advertise that they respond to a "ticket" (concerns/complaint) within 24 hours. This is false, they haven't replied to me for 36 hours now.
2. Not all products received are the same as pictured on site
I'm not one to complain as I understand that products can look different online than in person but more than one product was so different that it was clearly another product altogether, why? Think you can replace "similar" products with what clients order. This is so wrong for a business to do. I am especially talking about any lingerie products.
3. There is a "smell" to some products, the smell of strong chemical odors which was on my purse I bought. It is difficult to get rid of and consumed my entire room to smell like it.
Considering the cheap price, it is not a bad deal in SOME cases. People should be aware that they may be charged a duty and tax fee on items. My order which cost $142 CANADIAN cost me $36 in duties and taxes. By the time you take into consideration the shipping and taxes fees, the amount you are saving is not enough to justify the poor quality and service received.
I really wanted to like the site and order more, however this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I am not one to write reviews but I want to warn all the people out there of my experience and what you can expect.
I have written some reviews on their site but they have not shown up yet, probably because not all my reviews are 4-5 stars, doesn't it seem a bit suspicious there isn't any ratings for 1-3 stars? I am assuming the low rated reviews will be deleted or blocked. "

100% would not recommend. The quality of their clothes suck and most of them don't even completely match how it looks in the picture. It takes months for you to get your items and when it comes to prices, it's not even that cheap once you add the shipping cost. So you just ending up paying for cheap quality items at an expensive price.

I would not trust this site! I ordered from them on September 25th, 2013 & today is now November 17th & I still haven't received my package! I submitted a trouble ticket, after emailing me a couple times they suddenly closed my ticket & I can no longer email them. So I submitted another ticket & they will not email me back! It is unreliable & you will not get what you order! Don't waste your money!

I'd recommend this site to a friend who is looking for fashionable clothing and jewelry for a reasonable price.

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my purchase (order #: M**************). The first time I used Sammy Dress I was completely happy with everything including the product and the prompt shipping. This time around I have not been able to figure out where my package is. I submitted a trouble ticket and did not recieve ANY form of communication. My ticket was closed without a word from anyone. I then decided to use their live chat session to get some more answers. I was told this time I had to PAY for a tracking number in which the first time I bought from Sammy Dress I did not have to. They also told me that it would be over 25 days for my package when it prompts me that it will take 7-25 days to be shipped when I purchased! While trying to understand what the different in my past order and my current my live chat session was disconnected. I thought it may have been my computer but NO. They had gone offline. NO warning about the fact that "it was quitting time" or anything. If you have a live chat session on your website you should probably put your hours on it to let customers know that its not a 24 hours service. Very disappointing. I also find it utterly off putting that regardless of not buying the tracking option that even the website cannot find my order. Shouldn't they have a clue of where their shipment is for their customers?
